Amazing train museum. Nice entrance area and amazing covered buildings. All weather viewing and well maintained trains. History of the entire line from Lulea up to Kiruna and the ore fields. Great restored engines, carriages and even a tank.

Much to look at, both inside and at the tracks outside. Definitely worth a visit for the railroad interested person.

Beware that the museum is open only between Midsummer and mid-August! During this time, besides the museum, you can also ride a steam engine and visit Gammelstad! If you go there and the museum is closed, like I did, you can, at least, see a lot of old trains and engines parked outiside! The trip is not in vain, since... More
