We had an amazing time with Mikael at the aurora chase, who was dedicated to give us the best experience and great pictures.
We were lucky enough to witness the aurora and Mikael explained us everything about them and the region in general. Thank you again, we definitely recommend it

We chose this tour as it sounded different and authentic and wanted to be guided by a wildlife expert, given that we weren't sure we spot moose by ourselves! This tour did not disappoint. All our communications with Mikael were warm and reassuring so we knew we would be in good hands. On the coldest day of our trip, with temperatures dipping down to -27 degrees, we set out of Kiruna for a road where moose are most likely to be sighted - & we were lucky to spot 3 munching away on birch trees. As part of the tour, Mikael put up a bird feed box with our name on it, made by his father, which was a really lovely touch. After this we walked a lovely snow ploughed route spotting various birds along the way. The tour culminated at Mikael's cabin where we were treated to delicious mushroom soup and other treats in the warmth of his cabin surrounded by birds feeding outside. If you are looking for a great genuine experience in the wilderness of Kiruna, I'd highly recommend this tour.

The guide was super nice, we saw auroras (at different locations), explored frozen lakes and had an overall unforgettabel experience!

We had an amazing day on the wilderness tour with Mikael. He is super knowledge and personable - seeing reindeer, moose and a variety of birds was a real highlight of our trip to Kiruna! We highly recommend this tour.

We spent a magical evening with our heads in the air admiring the Northern Lights. Mikael knows his region perfectly and was able to find us the places where the Northern Lights had met despite a low Kp. We were a small group and the atmosphere was friendly. A coffee and a Saint Lucia brioche did us a lot of good. Mikael took a photo of us against the backdrop of the aurora, a wonderful souvenir of this northern evening. Many thanks Mikael
