While taking one of a number of our long walks around central Copenhagen, we stumbled upon this historic university building purely by chance. It is certainly an impressive building and it radiates elegance and integrity. Unfortunately, we had neither the time nor the opportunity to...More

The university building for the Copenhagen University certainly is full of history in itself and what a better way to absorb the history. The entry to the building is fascinating and worthy of a visit.

This building was beautiful, great architecture. Surrounded by cobblestone and busts all around, a beautiful area of the city.

If you enjoy seeing beautifully-crafted busts of the pioneers from Europe, take a walk through campus before dawn. It is very romantic.

This lovely building is only part of the current campus of the university, which is located on Amager island. Still, the neo-classical building is a beautiful 19th century building in central Copenhagen.
