We trained it into Copenhagen from Stockholm and arrived at a very bright, clean, and spacious terminal. Easy to navigate. Good signage and in English. The gates are all numbered and escalators down to the tracks are available as is an elevator. The ticket office...More

The station ticket office is well manned has very friendly staff. I bought my train tickets to the airport and to Malmo, Sweden, here. The station is fairly large and has numerous retail outlets of varying kinds; selling souvenirs, money changers, cafés and others.

Lovely old station with food shops/stalls. Trains every 12 minutes to Copenhagen airport - very easy. Takes about 15 minutes and walk straight into airport. Quicker and cheaper than a taxi. Trains well sign- posted. Station is very near Tivoli Gardens and walking distance to...More

This is indeed a very efficient and straightforward way to transfer from Copenhagen Airport to the city by train. The station is housed in a very impressive and historical building and centrally located for both sightseeing and access to the main city. There is a...More

The station itself serves its puropose well. Good selection of retail and food outlets. We used the DSB train from Copenhagen airport to this central station. It cost less than £5 per ticket for a single journey. Information screens easy enough to understand. It was...More

The central station is aptly named. It is close to all important sites and a huge number of hotels. There are lots of railroad guides around to help weary travelers. They all speak perfect English. There are numerous restaurants and convenient shops in the station...More

Super architecture, and....take a double decker train from here to the Viking Museum. There's a lovely little card only ticket purchase facility with very helpful staff - all speak fabulous English - in the downstairs, follow signs for lost and found.

I was told the easiest way to get to Copenhagen from the airport at Kastrup was the train. Unfortunately, at the airport I was directed to the metro and not the train. This meant having to change metros after a false stop. This was not...More

Hi i plan to travel from copenhagen airport to copenhagen central train station by train with one small backpack and a big luggage bag measuring 24in. My arms not strong. My queries are as follows: 1. Are there lifts in the airport to the train platform. I watched a youtube video and it showed a travellator or moving sidewalk. 2. Is there only 1 train from the airport to the centrain train station?? Which direction should i take ?? 3. Are the steps to the train carriage low?? I saw the youtube video showing one train carriage has a ramp n ppl lugged their big bags down . Is there a train carriage with an auto ramp. How do i identify tis train carriage ?? 4. Are there lifts in the train platform in the central train station to the ground floor ?? 5. I plan to stay in copenhagen star hotel near the central train station. Which exit should i be taking?? I understand there r 2 exits. Appreciate your assistance and feedback.

We never saw lifts. We had much bigger bags, that wieghed over 50 pounds, and easily dragged them into the trains. There were also small people on the train with very big bags and somehow they all managed. We've done this... More

First, you should locate where your ship docks (most likely Oceankaj). Then you should check how to get there on the Journey Planner :)
