We visited the planetarium with our two children aged 12 and 15. We were all impressed with the inter-active exhibits and displays. It took about an hour to see everything in the exhibition then we saw an IMAX film in the cinema. It was a hot day in Copenhagen (25-26C) and the theatre got very hot and stuffy. Otherwise it... We visited this planetarium with a child and watched in IMAX theatre a movie about the space. It was amazing! The quality, the sound, everything! Just an experience. And much to learn for children.

Probably we expected too much before we went in. The building is cool. Standing by the lakes makes it look elegant. The exhibition inside is a bit small. The 3D movie is the main dish. It's a good experience.

Very interesting place with a great IMAX movie. The first part of the exhibition was a little bit destroyed. Many things are written in Danish only. If you want to watch the movie in English, you need to purchase headphones for 20 DKK.

Went to the Planetarium on a Sunday morning. The website said that it would be opened at 10.30am. We reached there at about 10.25am but not a single person was on sight. The sign at the entrance stated at it would open at 11am on Sundays. When we went again 10 minutes later, a staff at the entrance told us... More

The size of Planetarium fits for a visit, the young guests don't get tired and they learn by playing . Movies, 3D among others are educative and entertaining at the same time. For the long ones you have to buy tickets , the short ones are for free. There is also a restaurant Cassiopeia and of course souvenirs, sweets and... More

Went with young children who soon got a bit bored as they understood very little and finding text in english on the subject was hard. The big imax movie was cool and nice but eith no headphones to listen to english I only got a little of what the danish narrative was saying.

My wife is a big fan of planetarium exhibits, so when she read in the DK Guide Book that the Tycho Brahe was listed as one of Copenhagen's Top 10 Attractions, she insisted that we go. As things turned out, it was a complete waste of time. While the Tycho Brahe is housed in a rather impressive building from an... More
