Our family (2 adults, 2 younger teens) did a private 4 hour biking tour around all the sights of Copenhagen with our guide, Lars. Lars was very knowledgable and engaging and patiently answered at least a hundred questions from my kids! He also told funny stories and made us laugh so much. He took us to many places that we would never have found ourselves, which were often more interesting than the big tourist attractions. Because we were on a private tour, it was very flexible, we stopped for coffee early on and then for a cool drink towards the end and the biking pace was perfect for sightseeing. We were also able to keep the bikes for the rest of the day and felt confident to bike out to CopenHill on our own afterwards (actually Copenhagen is very bicycle friendly). I highly recommend this tour and the company.

My husband and I went on the private all day tour of Copenhagen. Our guide Pauline, was the best! She is so knowledgeable about everything that is Copenhagen. We loved the way she tells stories to explain the history and culture, it helped us absorb the all of the fascinating information. She kept us entertained the whole day. We say many sites and samples some sweets at cute little bakeries. It was a memorable day to say the least. We highly recommend this private tour and Pauline as a guide.

I had a lovely time with an intimate group of 3, including the tour guide
Christian. The overall experience was great, and I even made a new Danish friend by the end of it. I was also fortunate enough to receive a private tour around Copenhagen for the second half of the day. Christian was very friendly, knowledgable and talkative, making sure that I took in everything he knows about Copenhagen, its history and its local culture. The walk was organised and I really felt like I was a part of the Danes. I would recommend. :)

Christian gave us a truly wonderful day in Copenhagen. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, clearly loves the city and enjoyed sharing it with us. He was able to go with our flow and it was a truly great day- food, chatting, exploring. We learned about Danish life past and present as well.

Family of 4, our sons are in their 30s. Had an excellent morning with Lukas who was knowledgeable and very friendly. He told us a lot about the history and culture of Denmark and answered all our questions. We also had coffee and different kinds of local cakes.

Had a great time on this tour! I understand Danish culture a lit better now. The guide was fun and knowledgeable. The snacks on the way were great and allowed for an insight into Danish culture. Would recommend!

I knew I wanted to get to know the city and especially learn more about Danish culture and mindset so this this was the perfect tour to explore just those concepts. Our tour guide Pauline was the perfect "hygge" ambassador and her enthusiasm and willingness to discuss a range of topics about culture/life etc really made this a special morning for me. We delved into the history of the city while seeing some areas that I had yet to discover during my few days here in Copenhagen. I loved the bakery stops, she chose one local place and one more upmarket version to introduce us to the country's delectable desserts and we often delved into easy conversation as my fellow tour participants were from all over the world. I always look for small group tours like this one when I travel and I have to say, they knocked it out of the park. If you want to learn about culture and the Danish way of life I could not recommend this tour more! Thank you Pauline and the team of Copenhagen Urban adventures!

Georgette, thank you for this raving review. I'm really happy that a well-traveled person as yourself really enjoyed our Hygge & Happiness tour that we've put so much effort into perfecting the last 4 years! It's always such a great feeling to receive such wonderful words and they make us want to do even more of these tours and spreading the hygge feeling to the entire world, as it's just such a powerful concept. We're really happy that Visit Copenhagen recommended you to contact us regarding it and hope you'll tell them you had a hyggelig time with us. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever have any further questions about Copenhagen, I would be happy to assist. All the best, Lars
