Emily took my wife and I on a two hour Segway tour through Copenhagen - it was fabulous. Despite the rain in the early part of the tour, we enjoyed seeing all the main attractions. Emily was professional, informative and made the entire experience fun for us / I would strongly recommend this tour!

Great fun and interesting too! Great way to see the city on a Segway. Easy to get the hang of and could hear our guide easily with the use of a microphone and ear piece. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Booking on the cycling tour very easy quick response. Disappointed on arrival that we were put with 6 people on segways who were in the process of being trained. Having seen previously some people having difficulties with segways we were concerned it would be a slow stop start tour. Penny reassured us that it would be okay. We are pleased to say this was, we enjoyed an informative tour at a good pace. This was the only reason we dropped a star. Penny was superb and we wish her all the best.

Dear guest. In the peak season with many guests booking per day, It is simply not possible to do a private, closed group tour in a large, popular city .Segways and bikes have never, ever been a problem. Your group was a total of 8 prs. and as you accepted and agreed on when booking, Tours are with up to 12 per group. Many other operators take + 20 persons per tour.

Myself and a friend had a great experience, our tour guide was fabulous, very informative and so friendly.
We got some great tips of local cusine and places to visit, overall i would definitely reccomend these guys!

My friends and I rented bikes for the day. It was very easy to pick up and return. We really appreciated the baskets that were offered to be added to our bikes. The bikes were stylish, comfortable, the only disturbing thing was the back pedaling brake system, which took us a while to get used to. Would definitely use the service again.

We booked the two hour bike tour of Copenhagen via email - communication was quick and efficient. They organised a bike carrier so we could take our boys aged 5 and 8 with us. Blankets for the boys and wet weather gear for us was also provided. Lars our tour guide was great, he was so lovely with the boys and showed us trampolines set into the pavement which we would never have found on our own. The tour was fun with lots of interesting bits of information, not endless history, also bits about Danish culture which was a nice insight. The headphones were great - no struggling to hear what was being said. We felt really safe and Lars made sure we knew how to cycle safely. The tour was at a really steady pace and was perfect for beginners. Cycling is the perfect way to cover a much larger area than when you are walking and we got shown some lovely parts of hidden Copenhagen. The beer at the end was a nice treat too! All in all brilliant!

Tours with families are always great, Elisabeth. Your whole family were such a joy to be around and you managed so well! Getting feedback like this is always awesome and it really warms my heart. I'm really happy to hear you liked the leisurely pace, the headphones, my focus on safety and my mix of stories that should never just be history. I think it's super important to lift the history to the current day to make it relevant and I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed it since I've put a lot of work into it. Our tour guide Reggie was wonderful and the content of the tour was very interesting. My one complaint was the slow pace and constant distraction caused by having a novice Segway rider along with 9 bicyclists.

Wish there were 6 stars. Can't remember the young Dutch guy's name who gave me a tour on July 13 in the morning.
Punctual, polite, knowledgable, fun, excited about the city and considerate of my safety and well-being - great bikes, great bike infrastructure (Copenhagen)... if ever there was a city to tour by bike, and if ever there was a guy to do it with.
Afterwards he took some of his on personal time to help me plan the rest of my visit, sitting over a map.
THANKS.

Hi,
Our confirmation number: 1263915094 for this Wednesday the 13th of April. Just letting you know we will have our 4yr old daughter with us. I could see in the pictures & reviews that kids are welcome but didnt see when i made the booking where to add this information. Can you please confirm that this will not be a problem & all 3 of us can go on this tour together.
