Had a quick wander round this speciality shop selling oils, mustards and lots of other goodies locally sourced. The lady was very welcoming and spent time explaining all about how the gin is made. There is a little cafe in the premises as well. Worth a visit for a little something to take home

Really a good place to find a wide range of great liqueurs or other food specialities. The staff gave good advice based on own experiences when we bought a bottle of locally produced gin.
Noorbohandel does also have a café and they served a very good coffee. The tart was dry even it was served with whipped cream. Being freshly made it should be less dry for my taste.

I guess the tourist season has not quite kicked off. We stopped for much needed refreshments after our walk thru the town of Nyord. We came in the nick of time. The shop was just getting ready to shut down for the day as it was past 5 pm. The door was still open and the owners very kindly took our drinks order. Great local beer and snacks. The ice cream freezer was already closed for the day but they very kindly reopened the ice cream freezer and served us. Great, great service and much appreciated. They didn't rush us. They let us be on the front terrace to finish our drinks, with instructions to just leave the glasses on the table, while the owners went on home. Trust is such a good think. Tusind tak for jeres meget varm/ hjælpsom betjening!!!!

Based on the tiny and beautiful island of Nyord, the small village is worth a visit. We walked around and dropped in to this place for a snack.
The service by 2 young girls was very inattentive, and it was clear that they were not interested in working. We asked for some water for our dog, and felt as though we were asking too much. My wife then found the empty bowl outside, and it was grudgingly filled by the staff.
The food was nothing special, and the ice cream tasteless.
Not worth another visit
