Limited size but with several varied representations of different eras in Esbjergs quite short but dramatik history, Well worth a visit for all age groups.

very small, informative museum with some nice displays and a nice room on amber. you wouldnt need more than an hour to go round

Well-done small museum with exhibits on Viking life and a fun interactive cityscape of Esbjerg in the 1920s.

We love anything to do with boats, so spent much time walking through the fishery exhibits. In summer days of old, farmers went down to sea and fished while staying in camp houses near the shore. There are preserved boats, houses, smithy, shops, engines, anchors, whale bones, a Nazi bunker from the Occupation. Then there is the aquarium - like... More
