Since it had been a while since my last visit to Aarhus, I made sure we fit this museum in and I am glad we did. The circular rainbow walkway on the top of the museum is a complete treat as are the exhibits, the gift shop, and the restaurant. If you love modern art, this is the place!

It is a huge Museum that could be appreciated by art lovers. At lot of Modern art and special exhibitions. However, we could not see the big boy (which is their icon) because a complete floor was in reparation. Also, the rainbow panorama is overrated. The view is more beautiful outside of it (by the rooftop).

This is an art museum located in central Århus, literally a few minutes walk from everything. The building itself is amazing. Grayson Perry have a comprehensive and very interesting exhibition right now thats worth seeing.

While studying in Copenhagen one of my classes traveled to Aarhus and we visited to this museum. I absolutely loved the museum. I'm an art nerd and their exhibits were awesome! There were several interactive exhibits. A lot of art works were extraordinary because they're weren't just paintings hanging on a wall. I think even if you aren't super into... More

I saw that Aros was featuring a Grayson Perry exhibition whilst browsing a What's On guide in the hotel and then had a couple of hours spare time after a business meeting. We could not have spent the time better. The breadth of his work took me by surprise - ceramics, tapestries and lots more. Very well presented in this... More

An interesting museum, with some very interesting exhibitions, very well planned. Money wise, at the high end. Handicap and family friendly access, with elevator up to the 8th floor. From the 8th floor there is a small elevator that goes up to the 10th. The restaurant serves delicious meals but then again it is very expensive.

We visited Aarhus on our way to Copenhagen and every one recommended that we visited this museum. I really enjoyed our visit to the town and tried to avoid going there as it was a bit expensive. Eventually on that rainy day had to go. It is quite pricy and is quite a good art museum but nothing fantastic. Enjoyed... More
