They allow doggies :)

I went there with a friend and his kids. It's a nice place, and I think it is one of the only zoos in Denmark where they actually allow you to bring dogs.

A very cosy little zoo where they are working on making the place better for the animals which they have had a great success with e.g. their new savannah which is amazing and as natural as can be. A really nice family zoo, where you can bring a lunch and enjoy it on a lawn right next to a large... More

Very cozy smaller city zoo surrounded by a band of tall trees, which will soon to become a climbing park in cooperation with Aalborg Zoo. Very engaged zoo keepers. Nice eateries. Great playground. Animals seem very content. Named Europe's Best Zoo 2015-2017 (500,000 visitors).

We started to visit this zoo 4 years ago, and since then we buy annual card. Never regreted it - there are always things to see, and new baby animals are born every year.

We went to Aalborg zoo in May this year and had a great time. Lots of animals to see and there is a petting zoo for goats which is a nice touch. We could get quite close to the animals so got a good view. We ate at a small café which was just ok - nothing special. I would... More

I spent one beautiful morning to this zoo and I got really pleased by this experience! I got to see animals from really close because they were feeding them and its a really nice way to get the crowd to see the animals better. The thing i most liked about that zoo is that its really easy to move around... More

Not too big and quite nice, but some of the animals seemed to have very little space. Otherwise a nice variety of animals..

We visits this zoo a few times in the past, whenever we visited Aalborg. However, within the last two years we haven't been to visit this zoo at all. So, the recent visit was really enjoyable. There are a lots of new improvements and this time we got there early, so, we've seen most of the feeds. Love this Aalborg... More

Going with my order brother and my daughter, we had a blast. Especially the playground, trying to climb as a monkey, was nice. Generally i get a bit sad, watching the Wild animals sit in cages, however the animals of Aalborg zoo seemed to be quite happy. It not a huge zoo - but you will have nice day with... More
