well-equipped beach bar, on a great beach. Good music and remarkable cleanliness.
Blue, crystal clear waters, . Beach that offers you great music snacks and lots of people, as well as the beauty of nature.
try there cocktails and nice coffee..
Fabulous. No body but us. If we were looking for a spot to read and tan, this would have been great. Mostly just touring the island, our home for two weeks. Imagine, by the umbrella put up for the season, this is a very busy...More
Kastani beach has a wonderful setting and offers all the facilities you could ask for. However, music is played incessantly and there are bus loads of visitors doing the Mama Mia tour posing for photos on the beach front.
Came here on the 2nd October. The tavern is closed there was only about 4 groups of people on the beach. The sea is still lovely and warm. It is a lovely setting and we had a quiet couple of hours swimming in and lying...More
The mamma mia connection brings tourists to this quiet beach, some of the boats strand themselves onto the beach and unload the masses of day trippers to wander about. There are few facilities but that adds to its charm.
Lovely clean sea but coarse sandy...More
Visited here as part of TUI mamma Mia trip. Beautiful beach spoilt by cashing in on the film. Snack bar served nice smoothies but we were swarmed by wasps there and although there are lovrly sunbed there all you can hear is the boom boom...More

Is there any accommodation at Kastani beach? (1 Replies)
Hi, is there any accommodation at Kastania Beach? The closest I can find is Milia. I'm looking for beach side accommodation near Panormos for early September.

Skopelos Trip report from first time (but not last time) vis (2 Replies)
We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Villa Malena just outside Glossa. I found the trip reports really useful so I thought I would add my own to the forum. We travelled with Thomas Cook Airways to Skiathos, and had pre-booked the Hydrofoil from Skiathos town to Glossa via the Hellanic Seaways website. It was easy to get a taxi outside the airport, however we were very surprised when the guy organising the taxis insisted that we share the ride with another couple. It was a...More
