Nice beach, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Sea is lovely, a few pebbles where you get in, but not too many and the beach is sandy. There are a couple of showers on the beach and a taverna where you can get drinks, ice creams and food. Toilet facilities are clean, one for each, with paper provided. There is even... More

Skiathos has so many lovely beaches you are spoilt for choice. This one is at the Koukounaris end of the island and we found it a lovely walk. It was a bit uphill but not a serious hike. There was a nice taverna which had plenty of lunch time options and cold beer so what's not to like. Excellent bar... More

Recently hotel Skiatos Palace opened cozy beach bar on this beach. Prices are correct, service is excellent! Visitors are urban, 20-40 years old!

Didn't know this one existed - but that's not surprising given the number of beautiful sandy beaches on Skiathos! Walkable (just) from bus stop but better with a car. Traditional Greek, beach-side taverna/coffee bar and lovely views across to the Greek mainland.

Popped over by car through the pine forest /on the side of the cliff edge you can also walk through the forest from Koukounaries. A small rustic beach with a small taverna

This is our favourite beach anywhere. It is a short walk from bus stop 25 and has a lovely vibe. There are sun loungers, a small taverna with Greek dishes and a chilled out bar. There is a small water sports area and the snorkelling is fab. The sunsets are stunning.

This beach has it all, quiet areas for peaceful relaxation. The beach bars with their beds and socialising and the water sports for the more adventurous. A lovely beach.

We go here every year. It really is beautiful. I'm only writing this to warn people about the taverna/bar owner. People may not know that he takes ALL tips off his staff, even if you try to sneak a tip to the bar staff he takes it. The only place on the island where we have not left a tip.... More

This is a must..go see the sunset on Agia Eleni. Great taverna but be warned the drinks are really strong!!!!!!!!!!! Bring a camera and mozzie cream. Understand the beach gets packed in the day and sunbeds run out.
