After hours of visiting famous places in Athens it may be found as not worth attention. But I think if you are on the island of Aegina one should experience that place. Open, accessible archeological area and in addition view on the sea and beaches....More

This museum has some interesting pottery with Trojan war references but otherwise was a little dull.

Super museum to help you understand the extensive excavation around it. Just a few minutes from the port, located in a lovely villa with a courtyard. 4 euro. 10-17.30

We spent almost an hour browsing around the excavations and museum with amazingly old historic findings including the outdoor remnants of the town from about 1500 BC to 400 BC.

Came to the island as a day trip from Athens and walked to the museum from the port. The museum is small but well looked after, the grounds are more expansive with a great view from the headland and temple site
