A 4/5 hour trip from our cruise ship in Katakolon - we had a guide - the history is fascinating - a pretty wide area with a finish at the Museum which is superb and very well set out - highly recommended

I love museums however unless you have a audio guide or real guide it is very difficult (at least for me) to take everything in. It can be overwhelming, as there is so much to see. This museum would benefit from an audio guide.

this is a place where all the torches were lit, that's why you can not see them anymore; this is just a starting point for their journey, that's correct.

Most are in the small museum attached to the Panathenaic Stadium located in Athens and definitely worth a visit. Many of the official art and posters located here as well.
