First of all it is kindly clarified that Lake Vouliagmeni at the outskirts of Vouliagmeni (Direction to Sounion) and Lake Vouliagmeni of Corinthia (also known as Lake of Ireo or Lake Iraiou) in Perachora are not the same place. In fact they have a distance of about 150Km. Maintaining this listing without improvement is not only wrong but very misleading... More

Would recommend! Refreshing swim, peaceful and tranquil. 12 euros entry. When you stand still at the edge of the lake small fish will nibble on your dead skin cells. It was so ticklish I could only last about 30 seconds each time, but the seasoned Greek ladies would stand there for 20 minutes being nibbled to death. Food and drinks... More

As a change from swimming in the sea this is a very pretty spot with quite dramatic scenery. Out of season I think it could be delightful, but as the sunbathing area is fairly small it rapidly gets filled up when there are a lot of people. There is a taverna there but we did not try it. Worth going... More

I your looking for a good but not expensive place. Very agreeable service, it's the best on the lake. The wine can be better, so bring your own, or take a beer. We payed 80 euro for 7 adults, and we're very happy. Went there 3 times.

I assume same place. I like to swim in large bodies of water, as opposed to pools. Yes the entry is a little annoying, but that is Greece. You have umbrellas, tables, chairs, hot and cold drinks etc. I paid the $9Eu as well as the $7 taxi fare, but it was worth it for the swim and surroundings. Walked... More

A beautiful spot to just relax and enjoy the scenery. While people do go swimming there, I enjoy it more at night. I have gone there just before sunset to enjoy a cocktail an look over the lake which is bordered by small cliffs. The lake is illuminated at night and looks gorgeous. Just sitting back and looking out at... More

Unique experience swimming in this salt water lake with incredible lighting at night. Go for a coffee and pastries after dinner of a cocktail before dinner.

Take your swimsuit all year round and have a swim. At 21 degrees all year round, this lake is an excellent place to swim during the winter months. Has good facilities and also restaurant and coffee and parking.

Lake Vouliagmeni makes for a nice swim but the €8 entrance fee is annoying. Also the supposed waiter is useless. Gave us a menu after about 10 minutes having asked him and then never came back to us.
