Looks like fairytale place from far away

View from this bridge is great- you cant decide where to look at and if you will look or take pictures. Genious construction, looks like you are floating in the air. Toll for cars... read more

View from this bridge is great- you cant decide where to look at and if you will look or take pictures. Genious construction, looks like you are floating in the air. Toll for cars is 13.30 euros in july 2016. Same for both ways. You can avoid bridge and payment if you take ferry from Lefkada to Cephalonia, instead Kyllini.... More

A fairly new, but spectacular bridge which is less than 12 years old. It is officially the world’s longest, of the fully suspended style and type. It spans over the, Gulf of Corinth linking the Southern Patra, Rio region with the Northern Antirrio area, thus eliminating the need for the previous ferry. Stop and visit the Exhibition Centre. If you... More

Living near the bridge I always wanted to walk on it. Choose a day with no or mild wind and walk on the bridge. It's very exciting! The sunset during the summer months is a must. You may also use your bike to cover the 2km distance.

Great bridge with unique architecture. Offers perfect views to the sea. A beautiful site at night also.

A spectacular bridge but at the end of the day it's a bridge. €13.20 to cross it each time is very exorbitant so if you can, try crossing it just the one time.

The bridge is a truly beautiful piece of architecture. If you are in and around the city of Patras, take the time to admire this piece of art. Way too expensive, but it will of course, cut your time vs. the fairy and significantly cut your drive time around to the Peloponnese.

Few kilometres from Patras, this amazing structure connects Peloponesos with mainland. Toll stations are situated on each end, so it does not come cheap. Best time to see it and take pics is in the afternoon, from norhtern (mainland) end. There are 2 old forts on each end , conrtast with shiny new bridge is breathtaking. Worth spending time ans...
