Was set as a stop on a bigger tour and I didn’t think much of it, but the sight left me positively surprised! I can say that I have formed an admiration of sorts for this historical element!

It was pouring with rain on our day trip to the Peloponnese, but happy to stop off and walk over the canal. The water was an intense silvery blue even on a wet day.

We were treated to seeing a large cargo ship pass through the canal today. You cannot help but be awed by this piece of engineering.
