About
Livadaki is at the northwest coast of Samos and 13 km away from the island's capital, Vathy. The beach is sandy with shallow turquoise waters that naturally promote the games and thus make it safe destination for families with children. Despite its small size has a very good organization with free umbrellas and sunbeds, which even can transfer and in the sea and lie there. With nice music and relaxing atmosphere under umbrellas Livadaki will be refreshed with delicious cocktails, drinks and cold beer and enjoy delicious snacks and fresh salads!

I've been going to Livadaki beach for years now, and found my last trip there this summer so be a big disappointment, gone was the idyllic setting beautifully maintained to an area where no one seemed to care anymore, there was rubbish floating in the sea and over the beach area. I also witnessed tourists being moved from the bed sun loungers they had with their families in order for a local couple to go there even though the family had been on the bed sun lounger for over 2 hours. Before I have always found it to be a beautiful peaceful cove to spend a lovely day at sun bathing and snorkelling, this time however it felt almost like i was in an outside night club with people blaring their own music loudly with no consideration for anyone else around them.

I read incredibly positive reviews about this small beach that would have great potential from a naturalistic point of view and for the warm, calm and crystal clear sea water until hordes of tourists during the day come to spoil the atmosphere. The fact that the customers of the establishment can use for free the canoes, the swings on the sea and the sunbeds and umbrellas made available at the price of consumption at the bar, makes this place at least a bullshit really not tolerable. When the Meltemi blows (and this was the case when we went) the currents continuously bring to shore garbage of all kinds that the Tavern Owner is forced to fish every half hour. The boys who take orders at the beach are courteous and never pushy, fortunately the tribal music on the shore can barely be heard. As far as we are concerned it is the worst beach visited in Samos.

The staff and waiters very good! The owner was unacceptable, my brother and my cousins were gone for 3 hours with the canoes, they had all left the beach bar, there was a wave and wind, we couldn't see the canoes anywhere and he wouldn't let me take the porter so he wouldn't be fined! In other words, I should risk even my life so that he doesn't have to pay a fine! Unacceptable must put buoys to go to a point the canoes! Finally the coast guards came, the children came back slightly battered but I was right, they were tired from the streams and couldn't come back, that's why they were late!!

Very overrated part of Samos, there are really much more beautiful places and beaches on the island. The beach is small, you're in a state of mute, the food is mediocre and the toilets are really dirty. The only special thing is that there is a swing in the water, which should give it an Ibiza look. We left again in half an hour.

Following the signs, about 20 minutes from Samos and half an hour from Kokkari, you arrive at a 5-minute route on a dirt road but easily passable; at the end of the route, once you reach a free parking lot, you enter a small oasis. One of the guys who work there welcomes you and makes you choose the place you prefer - sunbeds, mats on canopies, etc.- which are free; also free kayaks, rocking chairs in the water and all the amenities scattered around the beach. It overlooks a fjord where, usually, there is little wind: the water on the shore is cloudier but after a few strokes it turns cobalt blue. The bar is clean and well-kept, serving cocktails, ice cream, wine and has a lunch area with a wide choice of foods for adults and children. Fair prices, reggae music in the background, courteous and helpful staff, comfortable bathrooms and showers. Better arrive before 11 a.m. to choose the best seats. 10 and praise

Livadaki. This beach is located within a fjord and as such sheltered from the wind and ideal when the waves are high. Seabed especially sandy, suitable for families. Here are the services that the lido offers in free mode: super comfortable beds, fragrant baths, showers, changing rooms, swings at sea, canoes, swings, relaxation areas, music in the bar area and an impeccable service of the beach-boys who turn to take the controls. Fair prices. The only negative note, the sea was not clear but perhaps this was due to rough seas.

If you go to the bar the man has done an excellent job, hence the 2 stars. If you're going to the sea, better not. The sand is probably dirt, the day we went (probably because of the currents) it was all foam and bubbles and there was also garbage on the bottom. So for me, so much time on a dirt road is not worth it. There are far better beaches more accessible.

Have visited the beach bar on the 16th of September together with my family.
We had no reservation bur we were escorted to our sunbeds.
Staff has been very friendly and polite.
If there is wind is an excellent choice.
You have to drive from a dirt road to arrive, but it worth it.
If you have no reservation, try go before 12 o'clock because the place is packed.
Water was crystal clear.
Food, was quite tasty for a beach bar.
Totally loved it.
Good job Livadaki beach!

Went to Lividaki beach with three friends. Here at the beach bar. Very friendly staff who welcomed us right away and gave explanations. Free cots that we could choose ourselves. Food and drinks can be ordered from the staff and will be brought to your cot. Good food and drinks.
Nice beach to entertain you.
There are canoes and swings that you can use for free.
In addition, free toilet and shower.
There's fun music playing in the background.

Small, beautiful bay with lots of flair. If you are looking for a natural beach, this is the wrong place. It is a stylish beach club with lots of charm and attention to detail. There are loungers, beach beds, beanbags, swings, canoes, beach bar, changing rooms, shower, toilet ... Everything can be used for free - even without consumption. Neither the location nor the guests or the staff seem "detached". Everyone is very nice and accommodating. The food and drinks are absolutely fair priced and came quickly. There is chilling lounge music, which you can also escape depending on the choice of lounger if you don't like it.
For us a beautiful spot on earth and a highlight this holiday!
Getting there via a gravel road is a little adventurous, but also easily done with a "normal" car.
