Very nice place, love to be there🇬🇷 Eating lunch at taverna Amethystos was amazing, with chicken, grilled goat-meat and salads from the owner😊

You should visit "The cave of Olympi (also known as cave Sykia)" located near Olympi village and not far away from Pyrgi and Mesta villages. Although the cave is small, its interior full of stalactites and is really exceptional. The cave is open for public visiting...More

It's very beautiful town and it's more interesting than Mesta. There is also very good restaurant in the center. Narrow streets which were built against pirates are very attractive.

Average as far as caves go, short trip, not as claustrophobic as some others but nice formations. Done in 20 min. Slippery inside so wear good shoes. Can give it a miss if you've seen others like Mammoth in the US.

Despite Mesta's reputation, it was Olympi that gave us the best feeling of how medieval Chios might have been like. It is truly a hidden gem that demands to be discovered. The small streets, some of them dark even during the day, invite you to...More
