This is a lovely square which is the heart of the city. It's a big, open space with impressive buildings around, lots of cafes, restaurants and patisseries. Well worth a visit on foot.

It is always nice to come back to this square which, although it can be busy, is the beating heart of the city. The view is great, particularly if you can view it from the top of the Electra Palace Hotel.
Central square, filled with small shops, cafes and nice bars to hang out at. Very busy from morning till night. Excellent snack/breakfast/lunch options at various spots (ex Mono, Paradosiako are excellent choices).
Very vivid square with lots of cafeterias and eateries. Not to be missed while in Thessaloniki. Full of people from early in the morning till late in the night.
For sure Aristotelous Square is a must see for Thessaloniki visitors. A meeting point in the heart of the city With plenty experiences to offer.
We visited this square on 27th January. This square has a lot of shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and cinemas. It is full of life.
