This little church is not the easiest to find but the centuries old frescoes inside and the little peaceful courtyard are worth the hunt

A delightful little church well tucked away amongst the houses of the upper town. There are lovely views and it's very peaceful.

It is only 15 mins walk from Arabas hostel,but be careful -the upper town of Thessaloniki is like a labyrinth -I recommend you carry a map.This place is unique,and the history of the mosaic of Jesus without a beard is very rare.

This is a wonderful small church in a picturesque neighborhood. We were very lucky and the church keeper was there. Look for him - he is full of knowledge about the church.

It is one of the most beautiful small in size churches I have been. The architecture is fantastic. The neighbour where is the church is so lovely! It closes at early afternoon so go there early.

A great story behind the final unveiling of the fantastic 5th century mosaic of Jesus as a teenager. The history is f the place is also fascinating, go with a guide to get the most out of it.
