We went on the ‘shipwreck beach tour’ and the ‘turtle tour’.
Shipwreck tour: at first, they advertise with a lot of pretty words and promises, but they didn’t really deliver.
They said: ‘you’ll be there before anyone else’ so we went with the early trip.
Of course we know that that isn’t very realistic, but it would be nice to be there before the huge masses arrive.
This wasn’t the case, when we got there the beach was already flooded with tourists.
The ‘new and modern’ boat was a disappointment as well, with no (as advertised) WiFi. And the horn was badly misplaced, causing serieus ear pain if you’re in the wrong seat.
They also said that the tour wouldn’t be very crowded because of the season and COVID, but the boat was pretty much filled up.
It would be nice if the company does and delivers what it advertises, or just don’t advertise with it.
Turtle tour: this was actually a fun tour. We got to see “A” turtle, and got to do the thing they said we would, with a proactive crew.
Glas bottom is a hoax tho. As soon as we got on the boat the instructor said: “go sit outside, you won’t see any turtles through the glass bottom”.
For both tours:
Be aware of your planning afterwards, both our tours took way longer than they said. And we where very exhausted afterwards.
Also the staff were very friendly on the boat and at the offices.

We went on the My Tours trip to the blue Caves and shipwreck on Zante in August 2024. The trip was reasonably priced for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 10) .
The coach was packed full and when we got to Zakynthos town there were another 3 coach loads of people waiting to get on the boat, leaving us at the back of a very long queue. We really struggled to get seats on the boat, having to ask people to move up but that meant we were all separated which upset the children. It made me worry about the safety of the passengers as it seemed really over subscribed. There were no safety talks or pointers as to where the life jackets were kept if anything went wrong.
The food and drink were reasonably priced on board but the coffee machine broke on the outward journey which was disappointing for some. The toilets were clean and the staff okay. They were handing out sea sickness tablets and bags to passengers who needed them. There were two opportunities for swimming but they didn’t seem long enough (1/2 hour) and it was packed with boats at the shipwreck.
Overall I wouldn’t book this trip again as it felt unsafe. I felt like the money was more important to company than people’s safety.

The first tour we did was great, smaller boat but enough room for all, good sightseeing and enjoyable trip. The second one was so over crowded and people were pushing to get on, got stressful and even though we got on last (as could not cope with pushing) found a seat but we had no view and very quished. Went upstairs to stand, people giving you a look of disgust that you are blocking the view so they push in front of you, honestly it wasn't fun, views (when you could see them amazing) so private tour next time I think!

Shocking boat trip, stay as far away as possible. The smug blonde short haired women in the office sold us a dream. She completely exaggerated the amount of time you were aloud to swim on each spot, and told us the service was the best on the island. It was the complete opposite, and after we went back down there to tell her she did not apologise once and made it out to be our fault. They crammed as many people on the boat as possible the queues were horrendous to get food, the toilets stunk and the seating areas were far from comfy. The staff seemed disinterested in providing a quality experience for the passengers and showed little regard for their safety or comfort. The crew members were often rude, inattentive, and failed to address any concerns or queries raised by the passengers. This trip will go down as the worst trip I have ever been on and would highly recommend avoiding this place if you are reading this. The tour was €36 euros and we booked it for 6 people, we also booked the water park at the same time and the only discount she would give us was €1 euro per person as she made out this trip was the best on the island. I can categorically say this was the worst money I have EVER spent.

We paid for the cruise but at the previous night around at eleven o clock they called us and told us that the captain of the ship was ill. So we had to find someone else even when we told them that we didn't read the best reviews ,they recommended the worst one ( cavo gross) saying that the already knew it. They didn't even try to arrange our lost cruise. The positive part was that we did have a refund and pick another company.

Booked island tour, multiple tourist attractions including olive factory, wine making and a beautiful monastery which was good however the shipwreck stop was miss sold. Beware, we were at this stop for 2hrs 15 minutes while people queued to get a selfie, seemed to be a common event as multiple coach parties do the same thing. minimals facilities, no toilets, no shade. Genuinely concerned for the safety for some families with children or those who were vulnerable of potential heat stroke. Would avoid taking this trip again.

We booked the 3 hour turtle island/keri caves tour. We we're given a pick up time & duly arrived early to make sure we didn't miss them. The bus was 25 mins late & full. We were late getting to the port, the boat was supposed to leave at 12 but wasn't there. It was 1pm by the time we got on the boat, which was dirty & uncomfortable, the glass bottom afforded no views being 3 little windows. They then spent 10 mins round the harbour looking for turtles, which we didn't see. We were taken to Keri caves where we were supposed to get off to swim, but they wouldn't let us because they were running late. We couldn't hear the tour guide because the speakers didn't work properly so we had no idea what was going on. They took us to turtle Island where we were supposed to spend an hour, but they had a problem with the boat & we only got 20 mins & had to get back on the boat to get back to harbour. We did manage to see 1 turtle on the way back, but because everyone rushed to 1 side of the boat it was listing quite badly & they moved on. When we got back tobthe port there weren't enough buses to get everyone back & the guide was extremely unhelpful. We were told to get on one bus, which wasn't there, then told a different bus, bit she didn't tell the driver where we were so he spent 20 mins looking for us. An unmitigated disaster, avoid My Tours. The best view of the turtles we got was in the harbour where the fishermen feed them, try doing that before booking with this company.

Booked the shipwreck and caves tour which I was a bit apprehensive about after seeing some of the reviews, especially when we were the only people waiting for the coach, which was running a little late.
There were a lot of people on the coach all going on the same trip, however we all managed to get a decent seat on the boat and departed the harbour on time.
The boat was clean and well equipped, it even had decent toilets and a well stocked, reasonably priced snack bar.
The sea was quite choppy which meant the schedule had to be changed a little for everyone’s safety but we still had two swimming stops, they even give everyone noodles to swim with!
I was impressed with the crew on board who really went out of their way to look after everyone, even handing out travel sickness tablets when the sea got a bit rough!
I’d recommend this trip for families, my teenage girls really enjoyed the swimming stops

The first night we arrived in Kalamaki, we went out to discover and were literally taken care of by a lady from the my tour office in Kalamaki. I must say that she was really good at selling the excursion, she advised us to do the tour of the island by boat lasting seven hours for only 35 € ... It was a beautiful experience the boat Guide Diego, very Italian, very nice and very prepared ... I highly Recommendation around the island as we did, (small suggestion, position yourself in the back left on the second floor, you can see everything very well and you do not suffer the heat 😉)

Booked 3 different excursions with this company. On booking was promised small groups and a good time. What did we get. Amazing views from this beautiful island but at the cost of lots of people crammed on to a boat all pushing, shoving and being selfish to have the best spaces and take the best photos. In our experience don't waste your money with this company. Have a good time else where. The boats were so busy our family of two adults and two children couldn't even sit together. Not the kind of memories we wanted. Next time in Zakinthos we will be avoiding this company for sure.
