Mondodendri beach is located between Loggos and Lakka and is easily accessible by car. This is one of the most famous beaches on Paxos and so gets busy. The beach is accessible by car – the road becomes a gravle track with a steep decline which forms left and right to two tavernas – Ben’s Bar and the Bastas Resort Bar and Taverna with private car parks and the Glyfada beach villas at the southern end. It offers free sunbeds and watersports (paddle boards) provided you eat at the tavernas. The water is crystal clear and stunning and the sea bed shelves quite steeply. Ben’s Bar has its own section of beach with sun loungers and a deck with easy access to the bar and restaurant and lots of trees providing plenty of shade. This is a very laid back, chilled beach with a really nice vibe. There are various small coves accessible around both of the headlands for a more private beach experience.

Had a lovely day here sunbathing , swimming and enjoying the delicious food at the taverna . We arrived early and found some nice sun beds right on the front . These were 5 euros each . The beach is pebbly and the water beautifully clear . There is a beach bar service and the taverna is more like a beach club with a pool , bar , restaurant and showers etc . I had seen reviews on here about the customer service but we found it to be great . We had grilled fish and Greek Salad was was delicious .

Monodendri beach has it all, parking at either of the restaurants at the beach, sun loungers (free if you are having lunch at the restaurant), free paddle boards dotted along the beach for anyone to use, a beautiful pebble beach and wonderful swimming and snorkeling.
