This cave is very interesting, being formed at the contact with the water sea. I have visited only the entrance during a cruise into the Ionian Sea, but the history related with the cave is exciting.

Went into the cave as part of the "Island hopping" tour. Jumped into the water from the boat and was surprised how clear and warm it was.

Stunning safe swim into this cave is an ideal stop off during a sailing holiday in the Ionian Islands. Fabulous blue clear waters packed with fish. Best around 2.00pm to get the best sun light direction.

The cave is huge, and underwater it's wonderfully colored as the algae are red and blue. In the late morning it's assaulted by the daily cruise boats, and in the afternoon the waves make it difficult to swim there. But if you get there before...More

If you visit the cave as part of the 1 day big boat cruise , DON'T GO, unless you want to lose a day of vacation. 2.5 hours of doing something, including the lunch
