- Generation S13 contributionsScenic beachWe were there off season, so the car park was most;y fenced off and all the sunbeds and umbrellas had gone. The road is very winding and a bit rough in places, but easy enough if you take your time. There was quite a heavy swell so we did not spend much time in the water, and the waves breaking on the stony beach were a little tricky. OK once you were in though. Spectacular location, and probably lovely if the wind is not coming from the south.Visited October 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten October 25, 2023
- Diana BIasi, Romania1,818 contributionsVery nice beach with urquoise-green water and white pebblesThe beach Agiofili is very nice, with turquoise-green water and white pebbles. The beach is rather small and very crowded, great for snorkeling. It is a short walk from the parking lot to the beach, and there are a few stairs to descend to the beach.Visited September 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 28, 2023
- Ellh C214 contributionsPicturesque beachThe beach is breath-taking. A must go place. We went by car and we parked at the parking spot. We didn't pay because it is 7th June. We walked down the path and we went down the stairs. The water is so blue that reminda of a pool. The view is amazing. We had our own umbrella. There is a shower and bathrooms at the top of the stairs.Visited June 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten June 8, 2024
- SFPriorHigh Wycombe, United Kingdom846 contributionsLovely but busy and so much littler! We hired a car for the day and decided to come and have a look at the beach which is beautiful. We arrived at about midday and it was already very busy. Didn’t mind paying the €10 to park all day - for this you did get 2 soft drinks or coffees at the cabin on the way to the beach. We enjoyed watching the kids jumping off the cliff with most of the beach shouting ‘jump, jump….’ Whilst we were there the ferry came in from Vassiliki - good to watch! The abundance of litter is so sad and really there should be some sort of regular litter pick - so many plastic bottles and tissues at the top of the route down to the beach.Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten September 1, 2024

I have been coming here for 6 years up a winding gravel road to the most beautiful little cove in Lefkada. Last year they started charging for a parking spot they made, 8 euros which was fine, then 10 euros for sunbeds. They have a tiny hut selling overpriced drinks and snacks.. We will never return after this year, parking was 10 euros and sunbeds 20 euros! There are plenty of other beaches with better service and much much cheaper, save your money!! Go to Ammousso instead...

There are more disadvantages than advantages.
1. We paid the parking for an ATV 10€ as for normal big cars, which is not correct. Also they put as in a corner (not an arranged parking area).
For this price they are saying that you get 2 free drinks, BUT they are just included in this price (1 drink~1,50€).
2. The stairs to the beach are really dangerous.
3. At the entrance they don't announce that you have to pay for the sunbed (25€ per 2) and there is no place to put on the ground your own stuff.
4. The beach is very small and has big stones.
5. There is no WC.
6. The "personnel" is very rude. They say it is a private area, but are not giving any receipts for what you are paying. Also you can pay only CASH.
Be careful before you are going to them!

This is a small and very beautiful beach. There are a lot of things to look at, and the hourly arrival of new people by boat just gives some extra flavour to the stay.
We were snorkeling and jumped from some of the cliffs. Huhhhhhh - possibilities for even the bravest jumper.
We want there with 3 children and spent a whole day there.
We drove there by car, and the road is a little bumpy - but it is accessible by normal car if you drove a little slow!
Costs are 7 euros for parking and 15 for sunbeds, if you want that.
You can also sail to the beach by boat from Vasiliki. Every hour - around 7 euros per person.

Beach is too crowded. The parking costs 10€ per car, 10€ per sunbed. The food in the food truck is quite expensive and the staff there is not very nice. Save money and go somewhere else.

Small and beautiful beach. Too expensive though, you pay for the parking without other option(no shade at all for the cars), the umbrellas and the seats. Have 30 euros for the parking spot the umbrellas and 2 coffees. Never again. Plus, the road is horrible

Earlier this beach could only be reached bij boat (a few times a day from Vasiliki harbour) or via a gravel road. Now there's a new asphalt road which leads to a parking area (paid) right above the beach.
There's a stairway going down but it's covered loose rocks and gravel which makes it difficult to descent for small children or their parents holding them.

Expensive parking (and limited spaces). Steep steps down but nothing really to reward. Water was murky, beach crowded and limited facilities. Much better small beach for swimming just as you leave Vasiliki on the road to Agiofili.

Is it any taxi boat from Vasiliki to Agiofili Beach?
Written July 12, 2019

Hi, Should I rent a jeep or SUV for a better approach to some of the nice
beaches with difficult roads like Egremni or Agiofilli ?
I preffer a regular car which is much cheaper and convinient in paved roads, but this is an issue I might invest in a SUV.
Thanks, Udi

I hope you have already got some answer, in your question...
In my opinion, just an ordinary car is enough. I think you can't approach Egremni anyway, after the earthquake some years ago, only by boat.
The same for Agiofilli, you can go with a boat from Vassiliki or by a drivable road till some point then walk.
