My daughter and I used this service in Mykonos and Santorini for transportation to and from the ferries. On both occasions we waited over an hour standing in the hot sun at the ferries to be picked up. It may not have been so frustrating had we not watched the hundreds of other passengers get picked up promptly and leave. It would have been way faster and cheaper to take the local buses or taxi's available and waiting. In Mykonos we were dropped without incident to our hotel however our experience in Santorini is what prompted me to write this review. After waiting to be picked up at the ferries our driver dropped us off at a stop sign and quickly pointed and said your hotel is right there . I was confused because I couldn't see it but he had our bags out and was gone before I understood what was happening. Rather then take us to our hotel which is the service we paid for he dropped us at the bottom of a cobblestone street/hill that was impossible for us to climb with our suitcases. We attempted to try to roll our luggage up the street but the cobblestones made it impossible and we were left stranded on the street (again in the extremely hot sun). The hotel did not have a vehicle available to pick us up so they attempted to call the tour operated and ask him to come back and bring us to the hotel ( the hotel staff know how difficult it is to bring luggage up the street so they didn't want to help and I don't blame them). No matter how much we begged for someone to come back and help they refused and actually resorted to personally attacking me. The operator was rude to both the hotel staff and myself. The driver claimed that his van would not fit up the narrow street which was 100% not true as much larger vans were dropping people off at the hotel ...we took pictures to prove it AND the same van came to pick us up directly from our hotel on our departure!! Thankfully for us the hotel staff person who was also treated badly by the tour operator felt bad for me and found someone to help us ( we stayed at the Atlantis hotel and it was incredible in every way).

What an impressive day... Corfu Town is an extraordinary pairing of the old and the new and it pulls it off! A myriad of wonderful little shops vending on the streets and lanes in the older section, modern stores in the new, multiple tavernas to choose from and ALWAYS the CULTURE. Bustling little place, something to see in every direction. All situated and protected by the Old Fort and the New Fort. I am an older gal, travel alone and I felt completely safe at all times. Fascinating! Unfortunately, I only had a day to spend, wish it could have been more to see EVERYTHING. Town well signed so you can find your way around easily. Don't pass this up - it is well worth the time and effort!!!

As a group of 4 friends, (2xcouples) we prebooked a day tour with Spiros months ahead of our cruise from Venice to Greek islands and back. We organised for him to pick us up at 2pm when our boat docked and he personalised a tour for us up into the mountains away from the bustle of the city. We had terrific views, stopped for many photo oppurtunities, saw how the average farmer lives, visited a local shop where the farmer made olive oil, wines, kumquat liquers, olives and sold many interesting ceramics and embroidered cloths. We really enjoyed this and bought wine and liquer to transport back home. The olive oil is so tasty, much better than we have in NZ and the wine was so smooth and tasty. We stopped at a lovely beach for a swim to end our perfect day. Spiros was very informative of his city and obliging with our needs. Reccommend to all. Deb/Paul/Aileen/Trevor, Nelson, New Zealand

Where do we start... in Mykonos we stayed at the Mykonian Ambassador for as many as 7 days and did not meet a rep at all. We did not know what was going on with our tickets that we had payed for prior. The hotel was trying to ring TUI everyday and they came up with a different excuse each day or kept passing them to a different operator or were closed. All we needed to know is when they were going to drop the tickets off for us. The night before we were departing Mykonos we received the tickets. The following morning TUI could not give us an answer if we were departing due to the high winds. They said that the sea jet was arriving so we were transferred to the port however once we arrived at the port we were told the sea jet was not departing all in approx 10 mins. We weren't given any alternatives on how to get to our next destination, and had to wait at the port for 6 hours for the next available blue star ferrie. To sum it up TUI's communication was shocking in Mykonos and we won't be using them again in Mykonos! In Paros we met the rep, she explained everything, met us at the port explained what we had to do and where we had to be and at what time. She also informed us of an alternative option incase of high winds again which was great.
