It ha a fine collection of Byzantine icons besides the more daily used items of every ordonairy men and women. It is located on a bery fine spot in the old town near the silversmithmuseum and the grave of Ali Pasha.

A nice effort to open up a Byzantine museum in order to take the attraction away from the mosques and its courtyards. One of the interesting artefacts within the museum is the Church of Panagia Parigoritissa pillar.

This is a very interesting place to see if you visit this historic city, but I wish it would have more on display. Maybe next time
