This was a great experience! The tour took almost an hour, they guided us through the process of olive oil making (traditional/modern) and organized a tasting with detailed explanations. Definitely worth seeing in Parga!

Really interesting place where you can learn all about olive oil. In addition, of stored personal equipment from the old factory, there is a very interesting presentation and а film. And finally tasting is great.

For only 3.50, you get a very informative guided tour of this quaint little museum (I learned a lot about Parga history and the once thriving local olive oil industry) and a tasting of several different olive oils and products. Don't miss the gift shop on your way out, where you can buy very reasonably priced bottles of extremely high... More

We went there at the local siesta time and had the whole place to ourselves. The owner took the time to show us around and tell us about it. We finished with an olive oil tasting. We learned a lot about the olive oil and bought some very good oil. The olive paste is so good. If you're looking for... More

The museum opened 2012 and is such a nice cultural and recreational addition to Parga. Interesting history, guided "tour" in English and a yummy tasting to finish two hours off. If in Parga, definitely go there.

It is a little hard to find the place. You have to walk a couple of hundert meters. The information regarding olive oil production and the quality of olive oil is very good summarized. You learn a lot in a 10 minutes briefing. For the children it be interesting after 10-12 years of age but smaller children are also handled... More

It was a good experience learning the difference between different quality olive oils and the process behind the manufacturing.

I love this museum a lot! I was so excited because i know it is worth it. The fee is cheap around 3.5 euro per person. They open at 10 am but the closing hour is different depending on the holiday period. It took me an hour for the whole visit. They will show you about the olive production now... More

On a rainy day in Parga we decided to look in this museum. It is not very big, but the informative staff make it a good experience. There is a talk, a dvd, items to look at and boards to read. My favourite bit was the talk on olive oil and dressings which came with a tasting - you can... More
