Wild, exotic, unique, stunning beauty! You definitely need to cross the canyon! If you do this in winter at some point you'll meet the river, named Voidomatis, and it's waters will leave you speechless, I promise!

Fantastic place. Ideal place for hiking and virgin nature. Delicious locsl foods. We tried with success the path in Vikos Gorge from Monodendri to Vikos village. 6 to 6.30 min with 3 short stops of 15 min.medium difficulty but very attractive

We were there on a rainy day with low clouds. Although visibility was not great, from what we can observe, the gorge is pretty spell binding. We went on a very twisty road on the opposite hill and the view was good.
