About
Enjoy the feeling of being close to animals as never before. Ostriches and other animals wait for you to come and show them your love. In the farm you can interact with the animals, like touching, feeding and taking a photo with them! An exciting experience you will totally enjoy! We have also prepared a special area, where you can enter and safely interact with ostriches! Also, a botanic garden with local plant species awaits for you. After finishing your tour of the farm, you can enjoy our handmade dishes such as ostrich omelette or ostrich burger and other delicacies. Before leaving you can also pay a visit to our souvenir shop where you can find carved and painted ostrich eggs, cosmetics from ostrich, bee honey, herbs and other products from our farm!

It was our childrens' the most bright memory from Rhodes. Our trip to this nice island was only a week but we were at Farma of Rhodes two times and both times children were full of emotions. The owner gave for children small present - a small piece of ostrich egg shell connected with small piece of ostrich feather. If we come back to Rhodos it will be place N1 we return to

We heard about the tragic fires that affected the zoo and decided on our trip to Rhodes we would visit and show our support

Despite the devastation the owners have worked hard to restore the Farm and care for the animals which is their priority.

The farm is suitable for all ages and you can buy food for a couple of euros and feed the animals yourself which is a great experience

If you visit the island please support this little farm . We are already looking forward to coming back in 2022

Went to the farm after seeing somebody we knew went their the day before on Facebook. It was a lovely experience, the animals were so adorable and it’s quite sad to see and hear about the recent events. It’s very noticeable about the fires being there, and some of the animals have injuries from that but you do take great comfort that they are looked after so well by a very caring team.

Something different to do on a holiday but highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic few hours we had here! Some experiences you won’t get in many places such as feeding ostrich straight from your hand.
Animals there include ostrich, emu, donkeys, pony’s, wallaby, camel, boar, racoon, rabbit, chickens, ducks, deer, lemur, llama and even a goat walk through!
You can buy food to feed them all too!
I stood and spoke to one of the owners for a while and the harrowing story’s he told us of the day of the fire made me feel so sad!
They lost many animals during the fires including the mom and dad camels (only baby is left) wallabies, rabbits and small animals. Some animals got burnt but survived and a lot of the enclosures have been destroyed. The man I spoke to said they had to just open the pens and try and save as many as they could before having to run to save their own lives and pray that the animals would be ok.
They have done an absolutely fantastic job at rebuilding the enclosures and doing their best for the animals and they are clearly well looked after so it would mean a great deal to have any support possible and it really is a lovely few hours! You can even have dinner and drinks at the restaurant including ostrich egg omelette and there’s a little gift shop where you can buy ostrich feathers and egg shells!

We were so glad to come here today. We had read that the farm had been affected by the forest fire in August and we were very keen to show our support and congratulate them on getting open again so quickly.
We stroked and fed lots of lovely animals; ostriches, cheeky goats, donkeys, ponies, the camel and lots of deer. And the lemurs were a real hit.
I'd recommend the cafe for ostrich and boar burgers, although due to the fire, they are on a limited menu at present. But you can still have an ostrich omelette.
Please visit. The owners lost their house in the fire but are still working flat out for the animals.

After seeing how much the fires affected the area, I couldn't stop thinking about it and came back the next day. The animals look well taken care of and almost all animals are in a group. The feeding of the animals is really fun! We visited at the end of the day (2 times) and it was nice and quiet.
Because they are building back up from the fires not all information signs are set up yet. I wish them all the best with rebuilding 🍀

The petting zoo is very well organized and the animals look healthy. It is a small zoo but you can spend as much time as you like interacting with the animals.
They recently had a fire and lost 21 animals which was very sad to hear. So, there is a lot of transition taking place.
We wanted to support them to rebuild and reconstruct so we went there.
Don't give the ostriches all your corn. Save some for the goats, deer , and boars down the lane.
The sad part was at the end of the zoo where animals are crammed behind cages which we cannot even see. The lemurs are housed there (temporarily, I hope) and looked absolutely miserable. It was so disheartening to see them surrounded completely with stone walls and metal cages. I hope they will be moved back to their greener enclosure soon.
Our kids enjoyed feeding all the animals and getting to know their quirky personalities. We spent about 3 hours there.
The cafe, at the end, was very shady and welcoming after a hot day in the sun. We had some nice drinks there and enjoyed our sojourn with the animals.

Thank you very much! We are doing our best to keep our animals safe and restore their home after the devastating fires hit our area. Lemurs are temporary placed in the cage because their enclosure was destroyed and has to be rebuilt!
