I flew from London to Rhodes arriving about 8.30pm. I booked a return journey for a party of 3 by taxi from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport a week later. The booking was made online, I was given options to pay in full, or pay a deposit which is the option I chose. I received confirmation of my booking with all the details as expected which is always reassuring when booking something. A representative was waiting at the exit with my name so I didn't have to look for them. We had a pleasant drive to the hotel and were helped with the bags at both ends. The return taxi arrived exactly on time and dropped us outside the departure check in entrance again helpful with the bags. Both cars were clean and comfortable (Mercedes) and both drivers were friendly. I would definitely use them again and I would have no hesitation in recommening their service.

Great service. Waiting for us in arrivals and we were in the car and away in minutes! They also provided our return travel From Kolimbia to the airport. My only build would be to have a day before confirmation. Although that could just be me, as I did email to seek confirmation the day before and was promptly emailed back in about 30 minutes.

Once again, the service worked flawlessly, and the driver was there at the agreed time. Be that as it may, we changed the pick-up time several times, despite that, the service was efficient and we got it Rhodes Town - Rhodes Airport at the agreed time. Taxi service excellent clean modern 8 seater picked up on time on arrival and for the return journey. Driver was professional, curtious and very safe. Would highly recommend we have used them several times and always had the same service. Domna kept us informed of our pick up times and was so friendly highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver was easy to spot (big name sign, rather than a missable phone with a name on it), very welcoming and easy to chat to. The drive was smooth and comfortable and he even stopped at a viewpoint for some great early photos. Highly recommended.

The service was superb. I had email reminders. The driver was on time, courteous and provided bottles of much needed water. The mini bus was immaculately clean. The driver advised on things to do and best places to go. All in all a wonderful welcome to the island.

Upon our arrival at Rhodes airport we had to wait longer for our suitcases. That was no problem for our driver and welcomed us despite delay. On the way back from the hotel, the driver arrived on time to the minute. In both trips, the drivers were friendly, the cars were well maintained and safe.
