We visited a number of times a few weeks ago when staying in nearby kastellorizo
It’s a lovely place to spend a few hours but the restaurant is poor. A classic example of having no competition and a daily stream of new tourists. Food pricey and decidedly average but is the poor service that’s really speaks volumes. One good senior waiter but his junior and quite simply rude and useless. Would hate to see it if it was really busy. Felt like they were doing us a favour
Also only takes cash!! Apparently no Wi-Fi but the owner was sitting around on his laptop most of afternoon. Clearly some Greeks have forgotten why their economy collapsed a few years back requiring major European bailouts!!!
Restaurants in Kastelloriza much better

Lovely but very touristic, overcrowded and tourists as well as the onwers of the boats do not have the mask on during the transport to the islet. It does worth a visit for once but if you are staying for more days in Megisti definitely you can find other alternatives to chill swimming. #mandraki

Beautiful, clear water and only 5€ water taxi to get there. Nothing else to do there but see a beautiful little church and sit at the restaurant. Be prepared, prices are a little more pricier than mainland and not a big menu. Unfortunately our food was delivered cold.

When you arrive first, you become speechless seeing the clear blue sea. The beach is clean and orderly too. The nearby restaurant, however, the other side of the medallion. You are seated at tables without any kind of clothes, you are served wine in a plastic glass while other drinks are in real glass glasses and glass bottles. The server brunette Turkish girl is rude while responding to our comments. We see that it is run by a Turkish family. I ate a gozleme which was tasty despite one side not fried. My friend ate a tasteless hamburger. This is the worst experience we have ever had on a Greek island. When we returned to our hotel in Kaş, we found out that there have been other visitors too who had gone through the same treatment in that restaurant.

Beautiful island with the church of Agios Georgios. Accessible only by boat (go come 15€ per person)
Clear water but rocky.
Two sunbeds with umbrella 12€. Very kind staff, especially the guy who served us.

If there is something to avoid in a trip to the wonderful Castellorizo is just visiting this beach bar! As picturesque as the island may appear at first glance, the area is suffocatingly filled with sunbeds, with a tremendous buzz from the constant shifts of the tourists (the taxi boats come out without interruption) and a service otherwise pleasantly unacceptable: in particular, a warm-hearted young waiter, with subdued behavior and strange reactions, does not hesitate to trumpet mainly the few Greek or European customers! Extremely restricted menu and especially "salty", which "smells" from far away "trap"... Finally, the place is not the best for bathing, otherwise, because the air catches it a lot and the coast is terribly rocky.

We were here for a day trip from Kas (Turkey) which can be reached by ferry in 25 minutes. Unfortunately it is only a short stay.
Great place to relax, crystal clear water.
You can also satisfy your hunger in the tavern, the squid salad is recommended.
Nice staff, especially the boss (I forgot her name)
And it is cheaper than in Kas

The sea is very clean and beautiful, like an aquarium. Quiet cove, friendly service, good food and drinks. It has a shallow beach with both stone and sand, where family and kids can soak in coziness. You’ll feel right at home

This is a beautiful tiny island close to Kastellorizo centre where you can spend a day. The island also has a small church in the name of St. George, the patron saint of Greece. The beach and the restaurant is run very well by a professional team. It was wonderful to sunbathing, swimming in the turquoise sea and having lunch at the cute restaurant. We were dropped off there on our way from the Blue Grotto by Captain Kostas (Daily Cruises Kostas Phone: 6946178018) and he came to pick us at 6.

Crystal clear sea, like a lake no waves at all. No sea traffic, no loud music. Lovely beach with bistro style foods. Absolutely worth to go.
