This beach is about a 35 minute drive from Pigadia, and the small road down to it is well maintained. I got there at about 11 am and it was not that crowded. There are a lot of sunbeds with umbrellas, and the charge is...More

Anna's and Takis kitchen in Achata is very good. Delicious food, fast and cordial service and the view is breath taking. Servers make sure all is well and overcome any questions about food or the environment.

This is a good compromise, if you want to reach easily by car a decent beach from your Pigadia hotel, with sunbeds and umbrellas. You'll find people, yes but average crowd.

We loved our day at Achata beach! Wonderful water, really convenient parking and taverna. The beach is small, but it was perfectly quiet at the end of September.

This beach reminds me of a smaller version of Kira Panagia. It is a hidden gem & worth visiting. The taverna is also worth visiting for the friendly service and good food and view.

The beach has small pebbles and is organised. You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The water is turquois and you can see many fish. Unfortunately, there is only one tavern. The food is average and you get the bill without asking for it when they...More
