Found it very educational learning about how dangerous it was diving for sponges in the past and present. Looking at the equipment they used when diving.. Very interesting

It is placed next to the port! There are several kinds of sponges and the owners will be glad to help you! They were very friendly and hospitable as they advised us visit several places of the island!

Very nice place to see, they inform the tourists about the process from collecting sponges until they are for sell in the store.

Visited with a guide to explain us the hard work to find sponge, and all the treatings to have a nice clear sponge, it was interesting to see; it was a long cleaning workprozesse, now it's nice to have a sponge to decorate your bathroom.

The people over there are very friendly, and explained to us the basic history of sponge diving, along with a quick outline of the path of a sponge, from the seabed to our hands.
