The trip was very good value. The site and the activities were excellent. Regarding the trip, a little more time swimming would have been helpful but we do understand the challenges with the overall timing. We took the option where we were transported to and from the New port. On the return side we had to wait about an hour for the bus to arrive. Also, their website is a bit confusing about where you can join the trip. You can go to their office and take the steps or the gondola down to the old port and be picked up by the boat. Or you can transport to the new port 12 euros)where the boat starts and then the boat goes to the old port. It was confusing for us and we probably would have opted for taking the gondola down to the old port rather than riding a bus from office to the new port and then riding back to the old port on a boat. Sounds confusing? It kind of was for us.

The only big disappointment was the bathrooms on the boat were horrible. The doors didn't lock, there are no toilet seats, no toilet paper, and they stunk. A little bit of money could go a long way to make them more comfortable. It's hard enough to find a bathroom in Greece anywhere and on a boat you expect one to be available.

A very enjoyable boat trip round the caldera. Our boat, 'Poseidon', was well handled and there was ample seating. Drinks and some refreshments were avaliable. Our boat called, first of all, at Santorini Old Harbour, then the hot springs at Palea Kameni and then a stop at Nea Kameni so you could walk up to the top of the volcano. For those who wanted to swim in the hot springs, floats were provided. Our guide from the boat who took us to the top of the volcano was very knowledgeable. I would recommend.

This is my second time in Santorini this time with my girlfriend on a cruise. it is always a mess, when the cruise gets to port all those people trying to get up the mountain , multiply that times 2 or 3 cruises at a time, so a person can waste, hours just to get to the top of the mountain on the cable car. This Boat ride was a very nice alternative to optimize your cruise to Santorini, it takes youon a boat to OIA fast the first place every one wants to go for 15 Euros /person. once in the OIA town there is a bus to take you to the top of the mountain and the proper town of OIA once you have finished your visit of OIA then a bus takes you back to Fria and back to your ship. in essence this all sound very good but the tour is very unorganized , with times that are lost waiting. , The bus does not goes all the way down to the port in OIA, so you basically have to walk halfway up the hill, the bus takes you the other half, is very nice since you get to see the inside side of the caldera on boat and the outside of the caldera on the bus return trip. Unfortunately the lack of organization was such that by the time we got back it was turning dark and we missed the very nice views of the other side of Santorini due to darkness. But over all is a GREAT alternative to maximize your trip if on a cruise. I highly recomend it , but with provisions for tours inefficiencies.

I couldn't agree more with Steinar S who has also reviewed the same tour that we were on (Volcano, hot springs and Therasia). Firstly I would advise against the boat tour whether with this or any other company as it can get extremely hot. The day we went it was 35c which feels even more on the volcano with literally no shade. At €25/person this is not cheap and what you get is not worth it at all. The tour was overbooked with NO social distancing at ALL. I would have considered it overbooked in normal times yet alone during a pandemic. We were given less than 60mins on the volcano (note there is extra charge to go on the volcano on top of the €25) which was not enough time. We chose not to go for swim in the hot springs but those that went were given literally 10mins of swim time. There were at least 5 other boats full of tourist at the springs at the same time causing a big traffic jam. On the island of Therasia we had 90mins for lunch but this is a very small island and if you are not doing the 30min hike to go up the choice of restaurants is limited to 4-5 on the waterfront which were not equipped to handle the sudden influx brought by the tour boats. The restaurants were overwhelmed to the extent that they refused to take even take-away order leaving us with no option but to go back hungry. By the time we left Therasia people were exhausted and were using the toilets bare feet, sleeping on the benches with no care about social distancing or hygiene. Staff on the boat couldn't care less and at no point tried to help. In short AVOID this company during or after the pandemic. It is definitely NOT worth the money.

This tour is a great option to see the volcano, swim in the hot springs and explore Thirassia. The boat was quite large and we were around 30-40 people, but it didn’t feel too overcrowded. They provided a lot of information and someone even hiked up to the volcano with us to give us more information about its history up there. The crew also made sure we’re all fine when we jumped into the water and swam to the hot springs. We left the boat in Thirassia and then continued with the ferry directly to Oia, which was perfect for us as it gave us some more time on Thirassia. The tour is very well priced and I would recommend it to everyone coming to Santorini

I and my wife were on Santorini and partook in an excursion with boat to the vulcano, the hot springs and the neighbour island Therasia the corona summer 2020. It could have been nice, if they hadn`t ignored all the infection control measure that the promoted through the load speaders and through several posters on the boat. Nobody kept distance, the boat were over filled with too many people and nobody used a mask, altthough it was mandatory, according to the staff. The staff didn`t bother to use it themselves in periods. I tried to speak to one of the staff and told him that we were worried because of the situation, but he was angry and told me that it was up to each and everybody to keep the infection control measures.
I can not recommend this company and their excursions as long as the corona pandemia we have the corona threat

Spent hours waiting around picking people up, way too many people considering covid is very much a thing, pretty much sitting side by side. no staff even spoke us to introduce the day tour. We were told there would be a reduced people due to the virus however both levels of the boat were packed full. probably better options available.

Took the “speed boat” from old port to Oía, and it was awful. They lie about when they leave and just wait until the boat is (overly) full. “When do you leave?” “Oh just a few more minutes !” An HOUR AND A HALF LATER we left. They also downplay the walk up the hill in the heat, and the wait when you get to Oía port and cram you on a miserable bus that has to run twice for the full group. Absolute waste of time and money, and complete liars. I took a taxi back and was thrilled to pay them instead of taking my already-paid bus ride back since I had zero faith in this company. The views from the water were gorgeous and that made up for the waste of time to me, but I deeply regret giving these people any of my money. I’d say it would be fine if it wasn’t so hot, but the lying and waiting for the boat to be full was a scam, and absolutely unacceptable. Don’t book with them.

Got the “speed boat” from Thera to Oia. Complete chaos doesn’t do it justice. No organized lines to buy tickets, unorganized unfriendly. The bus back to Thera was chaotic. Queued for 3 different buses only to get on the first 2 to find there were no seats left. Really bad. Save your money, walk the steps up to Thera or get the cable car.

We took this mini sunset cruise on the recommendation of a friend ! It is such a lovely experience the ship wasn’t too big , so less people ! Stopped at the springs for a swim then if you like you can walk to the top of Nea Kemeni volcano , stopped at Therasia small Santorini for a snack then the beautiful sunset over the sea ! And we were treated to the tunes of Kosta and his guitar it was magical ! Thank you highly recommended!
