We contacted three different companies requesting a quote for a full day our touring the island. Nikos with Marinakis Tours was the only one to respond and the price he quoted was very reasonable. He has been very communicative and a please to work with.

Santorini private tour
Our 6 hour private tour was amazing. He catered the tour around things we wanted to see and do. He took us to a restaurant that had the best authentic Greek food that I had tasted on my entire 8 day trip!

Best Tour Ever!!

We were a group of 11 visiting Santorini and we wanted to spend 1 day to visit around the island and see the most beautiful parts of it. Well, Mr. Nikos he knows the island like the back of his hand! He brought us to the best wineries, restaurant and beaches! He was very friendly and professional and a very good and careful driver. We felt very comfortable in his beautiful Mercedes mini bus and the whole experience was excellent! Highly recommended!! Thank you Nikos for everything, i will not forget your kindness and your big happy smile. I also thank you for the free ride to the airport! I hope to see you again one day and make another tour together in the magnificent island of Santorini!

Amazing Tour - Book!

We went out on an amazing day tour with Nickolas. He was so friendly and knowledgable about the Island and took us to the most amazing places. Our tour was from 10-4 and was the perfect way to see everything on a short break. I cannot recommend enough and we even got our airport transfers with Nickolas too.

The BEST way to explore beautiful Santorini!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Marinakis Tours and our incredible guide, Nikolaos! We had the absolute BEST time exploring Santorini with him and I can’t recommend them enough!

We were visiting for just one day, but enjoyed a WONDERFUL tour in his clean, comfortable car. I believe we initially had the 4 hr tour booked, but he was able to extend it on the spot because our plans allowed us to stay longer. We started off with espressos at a beautiful vineyard and proceeded to see many picturesque high points of the city. We had the most incredible lunch on the water (where our meal swam that very morning) and the best balaclava I could ever dream of! I would absolutely love to come back.

As a tour guide, Nikolaos was so knowledgeable, accommodating, and passionate about his home. It felt like we were family by the end! Him and his team even went above and beyond when I realized (later) that I had left my iPhone in the back of his car! They were so friendly and helpful in finding it and shipping it to my home in California. I was shocked at how fast it got there! It arrived the same day I arrived back from my cruise and was wrapped with so much love and care (so as to protect it during travel), that I was blown away.

I was so touched by this and it simply added to my assurance that this is the BEST tour company to go with! Thank you SO MUCH, Nikolaos (and everyone at Marinakis Tours), for making our trip to Santorini truly special.

Great tour and wonderful guide

We are an older couple who wanted to get a sense of the island and it’s people in a private tour. Helen and George the driver, greeted us on time and proceeded to take us to Oia, our first destination. Since this town is very crowded, Helen’s well planned program to take us there first thing in the morning was perfect, avoiding all the crowds and the hot summer sun.
Helen was a delightful companion and knew how to adjust the tour for our wants and needs. Although she had a programmed tour planned, she adjusted it to accommodate our needs and preferences -beach swimming, wine tasting, view of the island from the highest point and less walking.
She was extremely knowledgeable about Ancient Greece and genuinely shared her thoughts about life in Greece today. We felt we spent a day with a close friend, not a guide.
George was also a considerate, careful and patient driver.

Best on Santorini

Had the owner himself driving our family of 6 around for roughly 3 days in Santorini. This man was amazing, he was always there when we needed a ride and made it work wherever we needed to be on the island. If you’re traveling in a group and need transport around Santorini, I super highly recommend this man and his company. You will be super happy with your experience and will let you enjoy your time and relax without having to worry about transport. Thank you!!!!!

Amazing!

We did the Wonders of Santorini 6 hour tour, Sun 27/5/18 from the Crown Princess. Nick was an excellent host. Everything was perfect from the itinerary to the vehicle, from Nick's knowledge and commentary to the lunch we had at a restaurant by the beach he took us to. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. Santorini is as breath-taking as the pictures indicate. Thank you Nick!

We went on a tour of Santorini in very early April 2018 with Mr Nick from Marinakis Tours They helped us to plan our tour which was before the normal tour season kicked off. It was so good we felt like we were being shown around by a friend not a tour guide. I don't think we missed anything we had wanted to see. As a friend he even showed us an old building he said he would like to restore. One thing that did go wrong was the eftpos machine would not work so we could make the payment at the end of the tour We look forward to returning to Santorini and catching with Mr Nick
