About
Located on the island of Paros, this petite spot is best known for its unique rock formations and craggy coves. The granite boulders sculpted smooth over centuries of erosion provide a stunning background, and are a great spot to sunbathe and take in the view. If you prefer to lounge on a sunbed, book ahead online, as availability is limited. The clear turquoise waters lean towards calm and are relatively shallow, making this beach perfect for swimmers of all levels. If you’re feeling peckish, it’s an easy walk to the nearby tavernas. You can get to Kolymbithres Beach by car or water taxi. – Tripadvisor

Having hired a car for a couple of days we ventured to Kalymbithres after spending time in Naussa.
You could barely get through the multitude of sun beds to even check out the sea and when we looked at the price of two sun beds with an umbrella, we seriously thought it was a joke with the sets at the front being let out for 60 euros a day!
That was more than a days car hire!
Holidaymakers cannot afford to add this daily rate to the cost of their holiday! The majority of those there seemed to be of a younger crowd and so maybe they are happy to pay this?

We were fortunate enough to go to Barbados in March where the beaches far outstrip anything in Greece and only paid a maximum of £20 for a set for the day.

I seriously don’t understand how they can justify the price!
Go to Golden Beach it is far bigger, cleaner and the sun beds are not extortionate

The beach is almost amazing. The sunbeds are extremely expensive. First and second line 50€ per set and third line 30€ per set. We were 3 people and they informed us that if we wanted to rent the sunbeds we have to pay extra 25€ because we can't stay 3 people under the umbrella. The lady at the service was vanquished for 1-2 hours. Also there are water toys there which use the speed boat really close to the sore ! That means too much noise and they cause waves. Too bad that they are ruined the beach with the umbrellas.

Easy Shallowater to get into, sand not stone. Tucked away out of the wind. Drinks and food to your sunbed, and easy walk to to tavernas. The only negative is we thought €25 was high for basic tired beds with no padding. We got better deals elsewhere on the island.

We took a taxi from naoussa to kolymbethres beach. It dropped is at the kolymbethres taverna. It cost us 10 euro. We reached around 4pm and left by 6.
Beach had water activities, sunbeds etc
If you order food from taverna thy give sunbed free we didnt choose this.
We got our own mats and found a spot.
Beach is nice, rocky at parts but sandy too.

Theres a boat service from naoussa marina naoussa town which cost 8 euro round trip per person. Theres timings for departure from naoussa and pick up from kolymbethres.
We found taxi economical for four of us.
If people rent car or scooty or atv thats convenient too.

We didn’t stay it was so bad. Small beach area and we paid €45 for 2 sunbeds & an umbrella at On the Rocks which was a rip-off. Wifi was non-existent, no ‘beach club’ to speak of so not worth paying.
We walked 20mins to go back to Monastiri beach club which is lovely, cheaper & had great food, service and wifi.

This was my favourite beach. A sandy, small beach. The sun beds were clean and comfortable. The first three rows were fifty euros, then the prices decreased. It is a small beach, but the rock formations are impressive. They have a few beaches with sun umbrellas, but the first one had the best umbrellas and sun beds. The beach staff were very attentive to the guests who rented the chairs and also served the food and drinks from the restaurant. I had a Greek Salad, and it was perfect. This was my favourite beach.

It is not a typical beach as it is a bit small but there is plenty of room to set up on one of the rocks. The rocks there are unique and quite interesting. The water was a lot warmer and enjoyable than Parikia area. It has sandy beaches. 3-5 bars/restaurants near it and you can rent beach loungers for 10-25 euro. The drinks near the beach are 10-15 euro. I had a very enjoyable day there hiking and swimming. I did not see any places to rent kayaks or paddle board. The cab ride to the beach from Parikia was 20 euro. I visited beginning of June and I highly recommend. Naoussa town is very close to this beach. Also, it is family friendly.

I would recommend anyone going to Paros to visit this beach. Very usual to any of the others around, with it being amongst the rocks. We had loungers outside of Paros on the Rocks which cost £40 all together for the day (avg price to what we have been paying on other beaches). Nice selection of drinks available and they played great rock music all day.

Fun unusual beach, very pretty! There are sun beds available costing 30€ for two, which is the average price in Paros. We hiked there from our resort, but would recommend driving there by car. There is also a local bus, but it is infrequent.

The water was beautiful but the beach was overcrowded with very loud tourists and hyperactive toddlers and babies crying. We couldn’t wait to leave. We enjoyed getting off the beach and kicking back at Taverna Kolibithres. Food was excellent as was the setting and service.
