This is another beach that was recommended by a local friend. We took the boat from Naoussa town - and the boat ride was a blast! The beach was pretty - but there wasn't much shore - and it was quite crowded. The water was very shallow, so you had to go out very far to even be able to... More

Nice little beach with sandy waters which are not so deep for about 30 meters, protected for winds, great choice for families with small kids.

I couldn't go to Lageri beach, because of the weather (water taxis didn't run), so I went to Monastiri instead and was quite content. I found a small cove to myself, I'm not much of a crowded beach person. The water is very shallow so it's interesting (safe, but stagnant). Great for playing games (water Frisbee, or throw and catch).

Nice sandy beach, warm, crystal, clear water, like swimming on a pool. It is suitable for kids. Disadvantage is that it never gets deeper, no matter for how long you walk in the water.. It has many trees so you do not need to rent sunbeds and umbrellas. While being there you can also visit the Greek Orthodox Monastery at... More

Small beach with one taverna, great food and service. Very shallow water. Take watersport lessons or rent your own gear. 2 sun chairs and a parasoll = 10 euros. Take the taxi boat from Naoussa harbour (6,5 euros per person), a great ride! They leave evry half hour, as for the return.

This is one of my favourite beaches in Paros island. I love the setting, the waters and the fact that it is a very safe beach for small children. It is also easily accessible by car of motorbike with ample parking space once you get there. My average rating has to do with two things. The first is the excessive... More

What are you looking for? If it's solitude, this isn't the place to go. Although, I've never seen it get so packed where it's uncomfortable. If you have young kids, this is perfect! --It's small, so you can see your kids run from one end to the other without being scared they will wander off. --It's shallow. I had to... More

Beautiful water in Monastiri beach, but overall pretty commercial. 2 chairs + umbrella go for 10 euros, so I suggest walking 20 minutes past it towards the NW tip of the island (just follow the trail). There you'll find a beautiful beach not nearly as frequented as Monastiri. Same beauty but a fraction of the people.
