We took the Aria Spring route - parked our car before the spring. The sign said 1 hr 10minute to the summit. We didnt believe it because it looked tall and tedious. Eventually it took us an hour to get to the summit. Wonderful. Dont miss the Zeus cave (20minutes from the parking on the left). Do bring some water and wear proper shoes. It could be windy and cold up there a jacket could be useful.

Great short easy hike with spectacular views over the surrounding islands. Recommend 100%. In terms of timing - I allowed myself 3 hours to go up and down after reading these reviews - from Agia Marina it look me just 47 mins to ascend and 50 mins to descend (after taking two wrong turns, path is way less visible on the way down). This was with a few breaks for water, and walking at a pretty standard pace, I’m by no means a seasoned hiker, I’m a 28 year old male in pretty good shape, so most people will be fine setting aside 2 hours for this.

Oh it's up there. . . . . Took the scooter up, up, and up and we still weren't at the top. . . . . . Came to a sign for Zeus and his cave. . . . Got off,but our Peg has a dodgy toe, so didn't go the 20 minutes there. May well return when her walking is better Overall, mountainous as mountains should be

It takes some physical strength to get all the way to the top,. but it's worth every step of the way. It took me 2½ hours on a very leisurely hike, stopping appreciating all of it. As far as going down, all gods do help.

My wife and I hiked this trail yesterday. We chose the one from the little church. It was about 5 k each way and a bit of a climb. Some parts are rocky. Hiking boots would have helped but alas, the suitcase only holds so much lol. This is well worth it on a nice day. We had cool weather and kettle wind so it was great. The views from the top and all the way up and down are spectacular. I think all told it took 2.5 hours with a nice break at the top. Bring water.
