A must in Chora. Worth the 15 mn walk. Donkey available for young or old people (5€ the trip to the church). Amazing view on Folegandros!

Path is just behind the graveyard, beautiful at sunset, well worth the steep climb. You can see Milos in the distance on a clear evening.

This is a perfect thing to do one evening to watch the sunset. The path although uphill is flat so it’s easier than climbing stairs. You can stop along the way to catch your breath and take in the spectacular views. When we arrived at the top there was a wedding just coming out of the church so that was really nice to see. This town is so lovely and would recommend visiting this church so e evening.

We went up and saw beautiful view and took pictures but when we got there were hoping for a bit more than just a church. As we had seen it from below on many nights of our stay in Folegandros lit up and had thought it looked huge and like more was going on up there but we got there and it was just the church. It’s best seen from a far so save your time and just eat gyros ( unless you are going up for religious reasons).
