Crystal clear water, beautiful cove with a tiny isolated sandy beach, and amazing rock formations. This beach is absolutely beautiful! Totally worth driving a bit further for. There are also 2-3 tiny beaches near it like garbis bay which in the other side of the peninsula and is also stunning.

There is NOTHING there apart from a church so you need to take water/ food/ an umbrella for shade & road is very bumpy so try and take a 4x4 or quad bikes if you can, we did it in a fiat & were worried about punctures but ok in the end.

I made the, in hindsight, ambitious decision to ride a bicycle there. Whilst entirely possible, it took a couple of hours and you’re riding over steep, rocky terrain. But if you’re up for an adventure give it a crack - take a helmet, the rocks are large and the road is uneven so there is a chance you may come off and crack your head open. However, the beach itself is bliss, and quieter than the others. Definitely worth visiting.

The drive along the rocky and dusty road is definitely worth it. And of course there are not going to be restaurants and sun beds in this secluded spot (as some previous reviewers complained) ... why would there be? Get there early, take plenty of water and a picnic and you can spend an idyllic day at the beach right at the edge of the water and swim in crystal clear turquoise waters. Take a mask and snorkel too, the snorkeling is fantastic!

Faneromeni beach is a tiny beach (47 steps long) and as can you understand easily overcrowded.
It’s really nice with clear blue-green color waters but do not wait to be alone there.
Barely will find a place to put your towels.
The last 3 Km of the road going to the beach is really bad and needs a SUV car.
Thankfully the bad road the majority avoid to visit the beach, that’s why you may find a small spot for you.

We found this to be highly rated beach in Antiparos. To go there we had to travel to the furtherst place of the island through small streets and miles of offroad driving. Arriving there we found a rocky mini beach with 8-10 people there. Well 10 people were enough to take all the available space. We sat on the rocks until someone else left. Far from any kind of shops caffes and reastaurants, no food or drinks available. Unorganized with zero facilities. Many people just arrives there looks at it and they leave. There is nothing. The high rating is highly misleading!!! If you still decide to go take enough water with you!

An amazing beach in Antiparos, not easy to reach but well worth it. You can actually choose to swim at some other beaches nearby (at the end of the road), which are even more remote and you can even get the chance to swim completely alone. If you reach the church, go right to find a rocky coast or left to find two different small sandy beaches. Be prepared for a bumpy ride anyway and think twice before you try to get there on a moppet. You will probably get it damaged. Bring some water and an umbrella along and once you get there, just enjoy.

Perfect unorganized small sandy beach with turquoise waters. It worthy to go especially when strong north winds are blowing, since it is well protected.
Tips:
On the high season it might be relatively crowdy, due to her small size. Better to go on early morning or late afternoon.
The road is bad so go slowly or use a jeep.
The rocks next to faneromeni are always an alternative if you want to be by your self.
No shadow so take an umbrella and water with you.

One of there most magical beaches we have been at in over 30 years across every part of Greece in the Summer. Avoid the crowded sandy part and anchor your boat on the northern part, close to the beautiful rock enclave. You will never want to leave.

Amazing beach, probably one of the best I have ever been to. It is very hard to approach by car and there are no signs, so it is hard to find (which is probably a good thing overall..). The first time I went to Faneromeni was by boat in July 2009 and there was no one else there. It was pure heaven. The last time was in August 2016 and it was unfortunately quite busy, but still beautiful..

Lots of beautiful Young people here! I loved it. They had food, drink, plus a swimming pool, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. Stick with the beach! Plus they had live concerts almost every night. Saw Kostas Bigalis live sing his hit "Katerina, Katerina" and I felt myself again 20 something!!!! Love those Greek beautiful Katerina women! :)
