Excellent experience booking a taxi to Heraklion airport with TSR. Booking online was promptly responded to, driver arrived before time with a child seat as requested and price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend

We went as a group of 6, including 2 small children, from Chania Airport to a hotel near Rethymno. Our plane arrived later than expected, but the driver waited for us at the airport anyway.
We got picked up in a nice and clean minivan with child seats readily installed. The driver helped carry and load our luggage. He also offered us cold water on the trip, and oh my, what a trip! The views along the northern coast are breathtaking, and we could soak it all in from our comfy seats. The trip only took about an hour or so, which is way faster than taking the shared bus provided by the travel agency, so we had more time to enjoy the sun and the hotel pool.
On the home trip, the driver arrived 10 minutes early, and he helped us load our luggage. Since the trip to the airport was only about an hour again, we got to enjoy our last morning stress-free before arriving at the airport early enough to avoid the check-in queue.
I would highly recommend using this taxi service. The driver was timely and helpful, and communication with the taxi office before and during our vacation was on point. The additional travel cost compared to traveling by bus was well justified by the fact that we saved at least an hour each way that could instead be spent on enjoying our vacation.

We were able to see all of the sites that we wanted to- Arkadi monastery, Elefthera museum, and the village of Margarites. The driver kept us at the perfect pace (and had a very comfortable car). In addition, we went to a honey making museum (with tastings!) and olive oil making facility! We learned a great deal at all of these places. The best part was Stavos who was engaging and interesting, telling us about the surrounding villages, history, and geography. I highly recommend this tour!

Having lived in Crete for over 10 years I can safely say 'Taxi Service Rethymno' is hands down the best taxi service on the island. Booking process on their website was simple and the response was almost immediate. The driver was very polite and arrived on time. You could tell that he loved his job which made the journey a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend anyone visiting Crete to book a taxi from them as you won't find a better price and service anywhere else!

The only thing that bothers me is that with the mask (covid19) I can not see the face of my clients to remember them, thank you very much dionysi.

We used TSR to transport our family to a wine tasting in the Cretan countryside. All around a great experience. Stavros was very communicative and Niko was exactly on time and very flexible with the return trip. We had a Mercedes van that seated 8 adults comfortably and was very clean, exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend this company.

Service was excellent, and very punctual. The company make their customers feel secure by providing confirmation and contact details, rarely does one find service of this kind of quality. This was especially important as I travelled for a business trip.

Our Airbnb host highly recommended Stavros when we asked for a responsible and dependable taxi service. We booked Stavros online for a pickup at Chania airport to Rethymno. Booking was very easy and Stavros was very prompt in confirming our booking. He once again, confirmed our reservation 48 hours prior to our departure. Stavros was waiting for us at the airport and transported us to our destination in a very clean and comfortable Mercedes. He is a safe and courteous driver and extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Crete. When we arrived in Rethymno, prior to taking us to our residence, he very kindly gave us a mini-tour of our neighbourhood pointing out good restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. We are booking Stavros for our return trip and would highly recommend him if you require taxi or tour services to anywhere in Crete!

We were staying in Loutro and were heading to Rethymno, which led us to book a taxi with TSR. Our driver came on time and there was no fuss. The ride was perfect and our driver was also very entertaining showing places of interests that we passed along the way. Their prices are very competitive and better than other operators I had engaged. Really professional and great service. Entirely recommend them.

This taxi service from Rethymno was excellent. The prices were the best on the island and communication and booking was very easy though an online form upon which we would get an immediate reply. The taxi would always wait on time. Our driver, Stavros, was very courteous and knowledgeable about Crete. During the drive we felt like we had a guiding tour of the island as Stavros told us a lot about the history and places to visit on the island.

Would je like to book a TAXI from the airport to your accomodation on Crete? Don’t hesitate and book TAXI Service Rethymno. You receive a personally confirmation by email after your booking on their website (very fast). The Drivers will always be on time(even by delay time of your flight) drive very save and know very much about Crete, so you’re first little sightseeing trip is a fact :) !! Thanks Stavros and Team!!!

Sorry, but the €700 it cost us because “you forgot” is a HUGE MISTAKE. We missed our ferry and had to fly out because the next ferry wasn’t until Sunday. One dissatisfied customer!!!
