We are a team of many professional drivers with a variety of different type of TAXIs, each of them in excellent condition. All our drivers without exception, possess the necessary legal documents. Based in Rethimno, we are able to cover the entire island of Crete and especially the routes to and from airports and ports. Also, we have added to our services several trips to the island's attractions.

Great value taxi ride from our hotel to chania airport. Best price we found and very careful driver.. The only thing I would say is that he drove too close to vehicles in front, which then doesn't allow much stopping time! We weren't in a rush so I would have preferred more distance!

We applied to be picked up from our hotel and driven to the airport 7 hours before departure, and got a fairly quick response that the taxi will be there. The taxi was right on time, and we got a swift, but orderly drive to the airport. Last but not least, we were bidden farewell with a good mood and a smile.

I arranged return transfers to and from Heraklion Airport easily online pre holiday. We were really happy to see Antonis our driver waiting for us exactly as arranged as we exited Arrivals at the airport. He had cold water waiting for us and we had a lovely, safe and comfortable drive to Rethymnon.
On return 2 weeks later we were picked up promptly at the time arranged and delivered safely back to the airport.
Antonis was professional but nice and friendly. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than others that I researched.
Be careful to search"Rethymnon Taxi.com" as there is another Rethymnon Taxi company.

4 adults and to kids (a 2-year old and an infant). Transfer was booked weeks before with specifics about arrival and departure, number of passengers and age of the kids. Especially important was it to get the child seats to ensure a safe an comfortable trip. We asked for offer and got the messages that this will cost 50EUR each way. To and from Chania to the airport. Transfer from the airport to Chania went well, taxi had enough seats for 4 adults and baby seats for the infant and the 2 year old. For the transfer from the hotel to the airport the taxi arrived without baby seats. Unacceptable. The driver argued that there were no baby seats in the booking. He also argued that the price was wrong, but everything was agreed beforehand in a very specific booking. Instead of fixing their mistake they got angry because we didn’t want to take the two taxis they sent to us. Very unprofessional. We had a flight to catch and they didn’t do anything to fix it. We had to get another company last minute to get to the airport.
Be aware and choose another company for your transfer, this one cannot be trusted.

Hello,
First of all I should inform you that you have obviously put a review on the wrong company...
1) we do not have a 6-seater taxi (you write that on arrival it was a taxi with many seats) many seats).
2) there is no price "€50" Chania - Rethymnon in our price list (because we only make transfers from and to Rethymno because it is our base in Rethymnon. ). Better be careful next time you report and please remove this review from us as it belongs to another company...

This is an excellent and reliable Company.
Our journey was from Rethymno to Chania and went very smoothly. Communication was excellent and the price very fair.
The driver was prompt, polite and friendly and we felt safe at all times.

Our driver picked us up promptly at the nominated time from our hotel in Chania for our drive to Rethymnon. He was professional, polite and informative.
We have booked the same service for our onward journey to Heraklion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
