Booking only one day before starting the hollidays via airoplane, the transit was organized perfect. Few minutes after passing the luggage belt we were welcomened by the driver who brought us to the transfer verhicle in very short time. We booked a Daimler van which was indeed new, clean und reliable. The driver spoke english well enough to give us informations about the route, transfer time and wheather conditions the past days and a forecast for the next days.
Payment was made cash - amount as booked before.
We like to recommend Transfer Plan and would book ther again next time.

We ordered an 8 seater minibus (with car seats for children ) as our transfer from airport to hotel and return.
Were delighted with the service and the communication from Leonodis, and the vehicles were 1st class, it got our holiday off to a great start after a long day.
Can’t recommend using this company high enough.

The service was impeccable. The taxi driver for the return journey even called the day before to confirm the exact location of the house. Pick up from the airport and return journey were both spot on time and both drivers were competent and professional.

I hired TransferPlan so our time in Heraklion would be maximized. We arrived by cruise ship and we did not want to lose any time!
I had posted on CruiseCritic and we were 3 couples. Our driver, Leonidas, was waiting for us when we disembarked. We left immediately to visit the Palace and then we visited a winery.
I would strongly recommend TransferPlan as Leonidas was always on cue when we were ready to move on...The Canadians!

We had 3 transfer in 3 weeks in Crete. Everything was perfect since from reservation, email support which is responsive and kind. The vehicles are shiny, the drivers kind, efficient and spot on time.
The prices are very competitive and the company is also available with flexibility if you need to change your plan at the last minute.
I wouldn't be able to find any negative.

We ordered transfer from airport and back. Driver was waiting at the airport with my name on ipad (it was cute) car was new, clean and fresh. He drove us 1,5 hour, stopped when we requested and was very polite. The other driver who drove us back was also nice and came at exact time (which is important, because you don’t wanna miss your flight). Price was fine and I definitely recommend this transfer company.

We have been using TransferPlan every year since 2018 and they are the most reliable transfer company on Crete.
Always the best service and providing safe and comfortable trips every time.
Meeting up with a smile, always happy to help and assist in every need you may have. Even if it is stop for a coffee or grabbing something to eat - Never any problem! I can´t see anyone else to use for this service in Crete.
As i see it, they are just like a family that comes to pick you up.
A big thank you to Leonidas, for always keeping my family safe during your shift as our driver!

We were travelling with three young kids and therefore it was important for us to be on time, safe and flexible if required. It was accomplished completely.
The driver was very nice, polite and compliant. Next time we will definitely do it the same way.

Normally when we go on holidays abroad we rent a car, but since our flight was arriving very late and it was our first visit to Crete, decided to get airport transfer service instead. The online booking was simple and straight forward. I booked return transfer as well. I had the option to pay beforehand by card or pay cash on arrival. I chose to pay on arrival. I got an email immediately confirming my booking with dates and times, plus flight numbers.
Our outbound flight was slightly delayed, but no worries as soon as we got out there was someone waiting with a placard bearing my name. We were led to the car park promptly and the car was comfortable and neat. The driver was also pleasant and friendly. Needless to say we had smooth uneventful drive and got to Our hotel just outside Rethymno within an hour at about 1am.
On our return leg, the driver sent me an sms to confirm whether or not it was ok to arrive slightly early… 18:40 instead of 19:00. I responded that it was ok… lo and behold, the driver was at our hotel’s reception dead on time. Again this driver was friendly and polite and his car was spotless and comfortable.
We were happy to arrive at the airport within an hour stress free. Unfortunately our return flight was delayed, but glad that the transfer leg of the journey was smooth.
