On Time Taxi is a taxi company which specializes in transporting people around the island of Crete. We offer comfortable drive, 24 hour services, free wifi and some more services. All of our drivers are state licensed professional drivers and each of us is trying his best to satisfy our customers. All our vehicles are new Mercedes Benz ensuring you a safe and comfortable drive.

Taxi arrived perfectly on time, Grigorious was so professional and friendly, even going as far as to recommend things to do and places to eat to make sure we enjoyed our visit, which we had an amazing meal as a result of. We could easily contact him if we needed to make a change to our taxi trip or had a question, I can’t recommend on time taxi enough. Thanks again from Laurie and Glen

Booked the morning of my travel. As short notice, the company called me to confirm. Excellent communication via text message the whole way through. Even with our delay. Polite, smart, clean cars. Excellent. Would highly recommend. The owner even met us at the airport on our return to introduce himself and wish us a safe flight home. Perfect.

this service was recomended to us and we have used Gregory the last two years .every return tripto crete we always book in advance and if we get amendments to return flights Gregory always changes to suit our new return to airport time with no problem .would allways use this service.others from newcastle who at the airport complained about the long transfer time i have gave them Gregorys email address and this sept visit we met some who booked with him.

Thank you for a professional service!
Excellent communication, goods price, nice car and excellent drivers.
We have travelled end of September from Chania Airport to Adelianos Kampos in Rethymon (group of 6 people: 5 adults and 1 child)
No problem with supplying baby car seat, adding extra person, changing pick up date.
Instant and polite answer from Grigorios - thank you for keeping us safe on Cretan roads.

We were met at the exit from the arrivals hall by our taxi driver in a prominent position. He took our cases and showed us the way to the taxi. On our way we were met by Grigorius who runs the business and he gave us full details of our pick up time from our accommodation for the return journey. We had a comfortable trip to Malia lasting 20 minutes. This is an extraordinary good taxi service which I have no hesitation to highly recommend. Our return journey cost a mere €83.

Excellent service! From the follow up phone call to double check the booking details, to our driver waiting with a clear sign at arrivals to the return trip with the taxi getting us to the airport in great time. The drivers had sweeties to calm anxious children and lots of local knowledge to share.

We booked On Time Taxi to meet four of us at Heraklion Airport and take us to our Hotel as well as collecting us at the end of our holiday for our transfer back to the airport (both late in the evening). It was our first visit to Crete and they could not have been more friendly or helpful. They were extremely punctual and polite and helped us with our bags.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company. The cars are luxurious and the standard of driving is excellent. They are highly professional and we will not hesitate to use them again when we return. Good value for money
