Walked to the beach from Elounda and found it without any trouble. First impressions on arrival were that it was very small and sadly, very messy. The rubbish sack that I saw was full to bursting and had piles of trash next to it. There...More

Beautiful beach and lovely water. Avoid lunchtime as gets extremely busy with boats arriving (12-3). No loos, beds or cafes but a lovely and tranquil spot for a couple of hours. I wouldn’t recommend it for the full day. Not easy to access as path...More

Absolutely stunning beach with amazing clear waters. All the tour boats stop there for food so locals recommend visiting after 5pm. I found that the boats usually left by 3pm. Definitely worth a visit!

clear beautiful water. Beach small and secluded. go early or after 3pm as boat tour turn up between 12 and 3 with 100s of people for BBQs and suddenly paradise vanishes. A must at the right time though

The beach is very difficult to reach across the causeway . There is no shade and very little sand. The best beach by far ,in this area is Almyros . Just south of Agia Nicolaos

Please don't come here, its my favourite part of Elounda and I want it to stay secret! if you do go here do it before midday and after 4 and it is magical and worth the walk

Very trendy beach, lots of 'nice bodies', calm waters out of the strong wind. Well worth a visit. Nice bars.

Best to visit early morning or late evening after tour boats have gone. We drove over the causeway and parked our car at the church car park.
