Relaxing moment by a fantastic building

Good place for a coffe break if you are not in a hurry. If your wallet allows they even offer Dom Perignon in the menu. Not a great (if any?) choice of snacks. The building has a... read more

Good place for a coffe break if you are not in a hurry. If your wallet allows they even offer Dom Perignon in the menu. Not a great (if any?) choice of snacks. The building has a historic atmosphere, don't forget to check out the toilet sinks. Food and drinks: 3 Surroundings: 5

This has to be the most beautiful cafe that I have ever been in....we spent Christmas Eve here and had waffles and ice cream, hot chocolate and tea.It was beautiful, quaint and peaceful. Loved it and will definitely return.

My wife and I have been going here for over 20 years. The owner has spent a lot of time keeping the atmosphere original and authentic. The Greek coffees are particularly good, served in the copper pots they were brewed in so you may serve it yourself. The goods served and service are consistant each time. I noticed in some... More

The cafe in the park is nice and shady and you can sit indoors or outdoors under old trees. The Greek coffee is served in little traditional copper pots. We only had coffee and beer, so don't know how good the food would be. The park is a nice sanctuary from the city and much frequented by locals.

This place was nice enough, but the orange juice we ordered was warm and the service was painfully slow. In addition, the waiter came across exasperated and hating his job. Bit of a downer. Take a look if you're bored.

Nestled in the middle of the city's main garden, Kipos is a beautiful place to have coffee, a light snack, wonderful deserts - and it's beautiful, whether you sit inside the old coffee shop or outside under the trees. It's the perfect place to take a break from discovering Chania.

This is one of the oldest and my favourite coffeshops in Chania. Perfect if you want a quite place to enjoy your coffee, relax and read a book or watch people pass by. The service always polite and with a welcomed smile always there to help you. Try also their waffles -dies for- it's a must. Toilets are very clean.... More

"Kipos" means garden. A beautiful, very old cafe in the middle of the public garden in the center of Chania! Very quite, with excellent service and a good variety of drinks and food to select from.

It is inside of the municipal park of Chania. When the weather is good you can sit outside even at the winter time, but there is also a nice inside coffee room with big fire place for the winter.
