Highlight of our trip

One of the highlights of our trip to Crete! We were introduced to many new beers, and also taught about the history of the city and different types of beer along the tour. I’d recommend to anyone - Marie Claire was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. We were also lucky enough for Stelios to join us at the start of our tour as well. They took us to so many spots we would have never seen exploring on our own. Amazing evening and amazing company!

Cretan food is good for life

If you skip this chance to discover a part of Chania's White mountain, then you really haven't seen much of Chania. This is an almost secret/private tour. Guide is local funny guy that has the right connections is small mountain villages.
The food is mind blowing. Save space in your belly because you'll need it.
Highlight was when we entered the wine cellar of the local family.

Beers all over Greece

An unexpected beer experience in Rethymno's old town. We felt so lucky that we decided to join this great beer tour. Greek craft beers are great & we had the chance, to taste 6 of them, of different styles all over Greece. Food pairings are just super yummy. We went back to the same restaurants to taste more of their menu.
Guide is experienced & with good sense of humor. A homebrewer also.

Learn and explore some Creatan beers

This tour was so awesome! We had a blast exploring Chania and talking beer. The food selection was great too. This tour made us want to come back to Crete and explore more. It’s such a neat way to see the old city and learn about the growing Greek craft beer scene. Even if you don’t like beer this tour will be worth your time.

Best day ever

This tour was seriously one of the best of our whole trip! There is no better way to learn about Greek beer while also learning and exploring the beautiful port town of Chania. It was very non-touristy, laid back and most of all SO much fun. MC and Stelios went above and beyond to show us a good time, it felt like we were just hanging out for a night on the town with old friends. The only bad part was that it had to end !

Food Tour [out of the box] experience

Having had craft beer tour in Rethymno's old town, our guide Michael, suggested us to take this tour, as we were moving to Chania.
We were looking for local Cretan food & culture and that was a blast.
Our stay in Chania, wouldn't be the same if we hadn't the experience of Eat & Crete Good Tour.
As described it is an out of the box, highly personable, non-touristy tour.
We visited small, almost abandoned villages on White Mountains range, we tasted local food made from organic products, had home made wines, entered local's people cellars...and so many more.
Our guide was funny & really connected with the environment & the people.
Go on and book it, you'll not regret it.

A must to do if you are staying in Rethymno & love beer

We are coming from Zealand & we are big beer lovers.
While staying in Rethymno's old town, we discovered this non-touristy gem.
My wife who is not a beer lover really loved it.
Easy walking, discovering the routes of old town while tasting excellent Greek craft beer with finger food & pairings. I never thought that the local Craft Beer scene is so good!
Our guide, was super friendly & homebrewer also. He was really into it.
