Fantastic service from booking to service .
Swift response following my initial email to book three taxi’s as we travelled in Crete recently.
Kostas was always helpful, upon arrival at Chania we were met and quickly taken to our hotel. The 2nd trip to Kalamaki from Chania was 2.5 hours but our driver was fabulous- stopping for a short comfy break and even returning shortly after dropping us off as I left my hat in the car.
Our final car took us back to Heraklion, all the drivers were personable and professional as well as on time.
Brilliant communication and support from Kostas 5 stars and will use again when we return:)

I booked a taxi to pick me up from Chania airport, a couple of hours before I left London. I had a reply almost immediately. On landing I had a message to let me know where my driver was waiting for me. My flight was late and this was not a problem. Lovely friendly driver. Would totally recommend. Thank you

Booked return transfer from airport/accommodation. Waiting at arrivals with name sign, despite half hour flight delay and arrived promptly for return. Highly recommended

After reading TA reviews, we decided to book a return trip Chania airport to/from Chania Old Town. Booking was made online. The process was straightforward including the fixing of the price. The driver met us at the agreed place/time at the airport and, likewise, on our return journey. Both drivers were courteous and very friendly. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again.

I used this service in my most recent visit to Chania. I booked a return trip to Chania airport for 6 people and the pickup at the airport was ready when we came through customs. The pickup at the hotel was scheduled at 13:50 and sure enough at the exact time there came a minibus to pick us up. Great service, highly recommended. If I'm ever in Crete again I will most definately book again.

I have used this taxi company many times for transfers from the airport and have always found them to be on time efficient and courteous and would highly recommend them.

I used this service for going on from airport to small village about an hours drive away, and again on return to airport.
Comfortable safe journey. Very pleasant and knowledgeable drivers, Kostas, and Antonis.
Would certainly use again, and would highly recommend.
Good prices too.

After reading reviews of Taxi4Crete on TripAdvisor, I booked online for a round-trip from Chania airport to Agia Marina for 75 Euro total.
I couldn't be happier with this service. The driver was waiting for us with a name placard as we left baggage claim. The ride was smooth and quick in a super-clean late model Mercedes. On our return, the driver was waiting for us in our hotel lobby. Both drivers were pleasant, professional, and helpful, as well as good drivers.
I am glad we decided to make life easier by arranging a transfer through Taxi4Crete.

We booked a return service form The airport to Agia Marina. Perfect service from start to finish, personal email (not automatic) when we booked online a few weeks before.
The driver was waiting with a sign as we left the arrivals hall and whisked us away and we were in our apartment within 40 minutes.
On the return journey the taxi appeared nearly an hour before we booked it and the driver waited patiently until we were ready. Great price (cash payment) , nice air conditioned cars and perfect service all around.
